Car was picked up in a timely manner. Small family oriented company with values. Thank you for your help.

Got a flat this morning. Called to have someone come put the donut on so I could get to a tire…read moreshop. The phone system is automated but it worked well. Had someone at my house in less than 30 minutes. Only took him about 10 minutes to pump up the donut and put it on the car. He was a nice guy and did good work! It was less than originally quoted too, which was a nice bonus.

I am filing a formal complaint regarding a tow service dispatched through AAA…read more During the service, the driver initially told dispatch that my vehicle would be loaded onto a flatbed. However, upon arrival, he informed me he intended to drag the vehicle before placing it on the flatbed, which could have caused damage to my car's electrical system. This directly contradicted what was communicated to dispatch and raised serious concerns about proper handling procedures. When I contacted the company to address the issue, the manager responded in an unprofessional manner. He became hostile, raised his voice, and refused to provide his name when requested. This behavior is unacceptable and does not meet basic standards of customer service or accountability. I am requesting that this incident be formally investigated. I would also like clarification on the company's towing procedures and assurance that drivers are following proper protocols to avoid potential vehicle damage. A complaint has already been filed with AAA, and I will be pursuing this further through consumer protection channels if necessary. Pic below: Driver ignored my instructions not to jump my car despite electrical issues and insisted anyway. He also told dispatch it would be flatbed towed, but then said he would drag it part of the way. When I contacted the manager, he became hostile, yelled, and refused to give his name, saying "don't worry about it." Extremely unprofessional and unsafe service.

If I didn't have to leave at least one star I would have left 0. This place sells vehicles as well…read more We bought a Kia Sorento. Ha! They beefed it up it like it was a great deal.yada, yada, yada and said it just needs a tune up. Ok..get home and the check engine light comes on. Put a can of recommended fluid into the car overnight, ran it for 45 minutes as recommended by an ASC mechanic and it blew out a shit load of carbon build up for the whole time. Drove it again and the check engine light is back on. If we can't get it to smog again the repair would be over $1,000 and not worth even keeping. The knew it was something more than a simple tune up. They're thrives. And...made a big deal about saying they were Christians. Get a grip and stop giving Christianity a bad name and example. Stay away from even considering a car purchase here. Slay!

Terrible service from the women that work here. We had to wait half an hour when we got there for…read morethem to even show their faces. They harangued me the entire time, for example called CHP and made me wait in the 100 degree weather to verify the official document I gave them (even CHP said why are you calling?), and told CHP I was an "ornery customer" because I called in advance to get the cost to receive my vehicle from impound since their card machines don't work and I needed to pick up cash. Of course, when we get there they say it's an extra $100. They counted the cash four times before placing it through a bill verifier- they were extremely suspicious that I didn't have the full amount or that I was using fake money for no reason. The car is registered in my name but my sister drives it and they refused to let her come verify the inventory of what was in the car for "security reasons", so she was in the hot sun outside the gate for an hour while they hemmed and hawed and questioned me over and over. I had to sign documents verifying all the belongings were in the car even though it's not my daily driver and I didn't know what was in there, so they could've stolen something and I wouldn't be able to do anything about it since I had to sign those documents to be able to leave. They wouldn't even let me text photos to my sister waiting 30 yards away. At one point a white man came in while I was being helped and didn't have to wait for anything, didn't have a call to CHP to verify his document, didn't have to have his cash verified four separate times, and wasn't questioned on anything, so maybe they're just racists. They shouldn't even have jobs. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I was unharmed but my winsheild had a hole the size of a softball in it and I was stranded about 1 hour from my destination. Max from Loyal towing showed up as my AAA tow service and I couldn't have been more grateful. Not only did he advise me that the place I requested the car be towed did not have a secure yard but he called his boss and arranged to have my car towed to the Loyal Towing secure yard in Sacramento and safely stored until I could have the windshield repaired. (They did not charge me to keep my car on their lot for two nights) The people at Loyal towing also helped me find a person to replace my windshield the next morning (safelight winsheild repair quoted me two days later and a much higher price) and the gentlemen who replaced my windshield was prompt, fair and just an all around sweet guy! Overall, the people here made a scary and unfortunate incident turn out alright. I'm very happy to share my experience if it helps this solid business. I encourage anyone who needs honest and professional help in the towing department to call the people at Loyal Towing.

Adj: Atrocious and Awful!…read more Really not sure how this place could have 4.1 stars on avg. But on a cold January winter day, one of our couple of weeks new tires lost air gradually and we had a flat. Thankfully, we were not on the freeway when this happened, but were on a residential street. Unfortunately, we were not within walking distance to our home or even close to our neighborhood. Nevertheless, we were so glad that it was a sunny and kind of warm day after quite a few rainy and stormy days, so at least we didn't have to wait in the wet and cold outside. I called my insurance company who sent Loyal. After over an hour, I was like, they said they'd be here in 45m, so I called our insurance back, only to find out that Loyal canceled on us w/o notifying us and our insurance co barely just found out and so they just rerouted the service order to another towing company! I was not a happy camper. Yours truly waited on the side of the road for most of this time by myself in order that a Good Samaritan, living in the house right where our car started losing air quick (thanks to my hubby for noticing, I'm not sure I myself would've noticed until it was really flat) could take my husband and my kids to my in-laws kind of nearby and borrow their (hardly driven) car (they are too elderly to drive to us for those wondering) to take the kids home and come back for me. Again, it was really a blessed day to have a flat b/c it actually was so sunny it got kind of warm, but after 2+ hours wait, the sun was starting to go down... Time is money so wasting my time = terrible value! Come to find out, Loyal is NOT even a local company, I know it shows they have a local address and number, but our insurance company directed me to a San Diego number when I asked for Loyal Towing's number to call myself and complain. I'm not sure that would do anything, but in any case, the only contact number we ever got was to a San Diego number where the central call center for Loyal is located. Lesson learned that if we ever need roadside assistance again and my car insurance sends Loyal, I'll immediately ask to have a different company sent. Thanks to all other Yelpers reviewing Loyal Towing who've also experienced terrible service (or disservice and no-service in my case), so others will know to avoid them like the Plague they are!!!
