The chicken and lamb souvlaki was tender and well seasoned and the lightly breaded calamari just melted like butter in your mouth. Plaka also makes the best spanakopita and tiropita that I've ever tasted -- the Feta is imported from Greece, so it has a distinct taste/texture that differs from the briny North American Feta. The Boutari Cambas (white) with light, crisp notes was the perfect accompaniment to our platter. To finish our feast, we shared a bougatsa(warm phyllo wrapped custard) -- delicious and not too sweet!
