I took my vehicle to the dealership to have the wheel warranty repair a damaged wheel. They sent me…read moreto colors on parade to have the wheel repaired. Upon arrival I went back on the shop as there is no one in the front office. Not a big deal I get saving money and not having office personnel. I was meet by the employee that was going to repair the wheel and gave him the key to the vehicle. He took me to a waiting area and took the vehicle to the back to repair the wheel. After about an hour he came to waiting area and said it was all fixed and as close to the factory look as he could get it. We walked out side and immediately you can see lines all in the wheel from where it repaired. Upon further inspection I noticed the rough groves in the wheel all over the entire face of the wheel. When I told the guy this was not going to work he got upset and started to inform me that's the way the factory wheels are . So I showed him how smooth the factory surfaces on the other wheels are and he got rude and and really upset. At this point he told me that's it was a great job and I was being petty. He then when to get the owner to explain to me why this was a good job. At this point the owner told me the same it was the same as the factory. When I told him the factory wheel's surfaces didn't have groves in it he stated it's because they are powdered coated and that wheel would need to be powered coated . That's not a big deal could have just said in the beginning hey we got it fixed we don't want to hold you up can you bring it back to be powered coated and that would have been fine instead of telling me they did a good job and trying to leave it like it is. At this point I'm over it and decide to just take it back to the dealership and deal with them. So I set in the vehicle and called the dealership to explain my issue with the workmanship and told them I'm gonna bring it to them . While I'm on the phone with them the employee comes back out snaps a picture of the wheel and mumbles something so I roll the windows down to tell him I'm just going to take it up with the dealership . The guy gets rude again and starts cussing me and telling me how he is gonna pull me out the vehicle and beat my butt " not nearly as nice as that". The owner comes back out grabs his guy and another guy come up punches the door of my vehicle when I say hey you just hit my vehicle he yelled me if I don't leave that's not all he is going to hit. . So I was verbally assaulted , physically threatened, and my vehicle was physically hit . I believe all the are criminal acts. I'm still debating if I should press charges against the two employees at this point. . I would definitely hope these acts are not a representation of the owners beliefs how a business should conduct business as this could have been easily resolved by just saying upfront that they need to powder coat the wheel and could I bring it back another time to slow them to repair the wheel correctly. And of course I would have said no or thank you and brought it back the next day . I did wait to give the owner time to decide to the right thing and apologize for his employees actions before deciding if I wanted to leave this review or press charges or nothing at all. I hope the owners learn from this incident and treat future customers with the respect they deserve. Sorry for the crazy long review but I wanted every detail in here as I'm a business owner and reviews never tell the whole story.
