AAA assigned this company to tow my vehicle, and the tow was scheduled for Monday, August 31, at 10:00 a.m. I relied on that appointment because it had been arranged through AAA. After the scheduled time had passed, I contacted Andrew's Towing myself and was told, "We don't go to Springhill." Springhill is only about 26 miles from Minden, but my issue is not simply their service area. My issue is the lack of communication. If they do not service Springhill, I should have been told when they received the AAA dispatch, not after the appointment time had already passed. No one contacted me to cancel the tow or explain that they would not come. I was simply left waiting and had to call them to find out what was happening. Customers relying on AAA roadside assistance should be able to expect clear communication and trust AAA to partner with reputable companies that uphold AAA's stellar standard of service, especially when a tow has already been assigned and scheduled. Based on my experience, Andrew's/Harmon's, by any name, does not reflect the stellar level of service I expect from an AAA partner company.
