Faye was argumentative, not honest and bullied me through the process. In the end, they refused my full refund, charged me for shipping and restocking fees. We bought tiles for our kitchen and it was quick and easy. No complaints! It's near a Home Depot which is convenient if you need any home restoration supplies. The showroom was clean and had updated, modern kitchen designs which I liked. The consultants were helpful and were there to answer any questions. I have the sea green tiles that they had on display but will change them in the future to match new marble countertops. The consultant stations had clear screens so they could discuss pricing and other options in a safe manner. They have a large variety of options for cabinets and tiling so it was nice to go through their endless amounts of samples.

The workers here were very patient, honest, and kind despite us going back and forth on what we wanted since there were so many options. There are more choices than displayed in their showroom (I didn't know they also carried shower heads) and they have a circular that may lead to more inspiration for your home. After picking out everything, they quickly crunched out a quote and I was surprised at how reasonable the prices were. We looked at a few other spots down College Point Blvd and they all turned out to be more expensive than here by quite a margin. Overall, the process was very smooth and quick and the quality of the material was on-point. I am very pleased with the results and would recommend anyone looking to remodel their kitchen and bathroom to come here.

I purchased a countertop and installation service from Unity Tiles. After the installation, we…read morecovered the countertop with protective paper to prevent any damage during the tile work. When we removed the paper the day before our move-in date, I noticed a strange spot on the front edge. Upon closer inspection, it became clear that it was a large chip in the granite edge that had been poorly repaired. Considering the tile work has already been completed, I am now exploring legal options to hold Unity Tiles accountable for selling and installing a damaged -- and then patched -- granite countertop. I was looking for the closest match to my bathroom tiles and I needed it in a hurry because I needed the use of the shower. Unfortunately, time was not on my side and I was unable to make a purchase here but the service was top notch. I was greeted at the door and offered a lot of advice. There was a large selection of tiles to choose that were absolutely beautiful. I actually wished I had more time because I would have redone my entire bathroom. I definitely recommend shopping here for any of your tile needs. The customer service and knowledge offered was great.

We were looking for pretty specific tiles & colors all over shops in Manhattan and North Brooklyn,…read morebut finally found what we wanted by working with Mosaic Supplies. Freddy was in the shop that day and was so incredibly helpful hearing our ideas & recommending solutions. Then we placed an order on a relatively tight timeline - the tiles were supposed to arrive from the supplier 3 days before our installers were going to start. Freddy called me with the bad news that the supplier had been giving them the runaround, and it was looking like we would be a month delayed - the chain reaction of this would have left us totally screwed, but without even asking (although I was ready to beg) Freddy said he would make some calls to other stores and suppliers around town to see if he can figure it out. Within two hours he texted me that they found all the stock we needed (over 150 sq ft!) and had them in the shop that afternoon. Completely saved the day and bent over backwards for us when they could have just said ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They have a huge selection, fantastic prices, and amazing staff - there's another guy whose name I unfortunately didn't get, but he was just as friendly and helpful as Freddy. Would highly recommend Mosaic Supplies, especially instead of trying to order something online yourself - or if you find something you like online, bring the idea to them first and they'll sort out the details. They also recommended a couple installers (although we ended up going with "Marcos & Bruno Tile and Stone Specialists" who we also found on Yelp and were perfect). Amazing store!

Long overdue review! Hired Juan 3 years ago for a tub…read morereglazing. This was the first time I'm having anything reglazed so I didn't know what to expect. His explanations were minimal, but to the point. Paraphrasing: "We send papers to whomever you tell us, you get approval, pay us half and then you tell us when. We handle protecting other surfaces, reglazing and cleaning up after ourselves, then you pay us rest if the work is good." Because of my past numerous experiences dealing with contractors, I braced myself for getting only 50% of what was promised and at least some back and forth midway through the process. Boy was I surprised. When the day came and I didn't hear from them, I went to the apartment to check. The work was already underway! I was impressed by how meticulous the protection was. Plastic coverings, cloth coverings, portable vent, PPE's on the workers... I left them to it. Mid-day, I got a call to ask if I wanted grit added to the bottom of the tub for anti-slip. That was it. The next call was when the job was done and the worker asked for a broom and mop for the minimal dust on the floors! Everything else was cleaned thoroughly. Three years later the tub still looks as new as the day they finished. Now I'm renovating another bathroom and calling upon them again. Will never call anyone else.
