One of my favorite pizza places to go to. Years ago I went there with someone, and it was very special and nice. Food was very good. This person got the Dr. I got Hawaiian. Now I usually get the Dr. Went with a couple buddies the other nite and we each got a large pizza . The Dr, hot honey pepperoni, and a Hawaiian. I joined some coworkers here for a farewell lunch and the food was really good!! When we arrived, we were told we had to sit in the in closed area outside as there was no server for the inside. I was concerned about being cold out there but it actually wasn't to bad. The heaters helped. The service was average. There was maybe one server for the whole area. I had the Caprese for an app. It was standard and fine. I had a grinder for lunch and it was really good!! I usually don't finish a whole sandwich but I did and no regrets! I had the chicken bacon ranch (minus the bacon) I really enjoyed. We all seemed to enjoy the food. This was quite a drive for me but if ever in the area, I'd definitely live to try the pizza and wings! read more

We went the Sunday after Derby for lunch. The service was probably the worst I've ever had. I get it. It's the day after derby and staffing was probably short. But that's when you should hire reliable help. Took us around 15 minutes for someone to even greet us. I've heard so many great things about this place, so it was a huge let down. I got a calzone which was pretty good. The pretzels were straight from the freezer. The sandwich was so hot for my spouse he could barely eat it. The best thing about our meal were the breadsticks. But they were even so airy there wasn't much there. I will definitely try this place again because I know we probably hit them at a bad time. read more

I can't say enough about this location. It's become one off our #1 go to place. The updated menu offers more choices. Brew selection is always good. We enjoy the music bingo or the trivia night or just nothing going on. The pizzas are always good; salads delicious and grinder for everyone! *Food is amazing!* Let it be known, the food is off the charts! We had some parlour bombs and the chicken bacon ranch pizza (thin crust). Both were amazing. Should have went with a large pizza, but left very satiated. Parlour bombs are a good idea. Warm dough with pepperoni and marinara to dip them in, great appetizer idea! Ambiance is pretty cool. Hard to find many places you can dine outside on Astro turf and watch live football in the fall! Service... eh. We didn't know who our server was. It was a football Saturday and I'm going to assume someone didn't show. We had to track someone down to pay so as you can imagine, we didn't get any refills. My wife saw a report that Parlor's was donating 25% of proceeds to the Pasadena, CA Humane Society for displaced and injured animals from the LA wildfires. A great reason to head their way. We had a bit of a scare when we walked up to the building. The main Dining area is being remodeled, and closed. We were directed to the heated patio. Thankfully, it's closed in, because it's 23° outdoors. We started with a small order of their smoked wings. They were a bit larger than I expected, but because they're smoked, the wings aren't crispy like deep fried. The wings came nice and hot. Mild flavor. But honestly, I'll skip them next time. My wife ordered a veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust (an extra $3). She thought the pizza was great. Me? I went with a 10" build your own. Red sauce and added mushrooms, jalapeños and meatballs. It's hard to fathom a pizza joint that doesn't offer ground beef as a topping. And why didn't the server suggest they could break up the meatballs in the kitchen? As for the pizza. There was a golf ball sized meatball on every slice. Also served hot. The crust was just the right thickness, but I thought it used to be a little more sauce & cheese. Service was outstanding. Holli was friendly, upbeat and Johnny on the spot. It's great there's a Parlor in Jeffersonville. But for me, it's more of an option for than a first choice. I've been wanting to check out Parlour for a long time and I finally made my way there. I was with a group of seven and they managed to get us a table inside with no wait. They do have a nice outdoor area but we opted for inside because it was cold out. They have a large variety on their menu so there was something for everyone. My husband and I ended up splitting the nachos and they were fantastic. I'm planning my next visit soon but hopefully with warmer weather so we can take advantage of the outdoor space read more

Okay troops, so I'm not from here and the gang wanted pizza. We stopped in and I detoured to wings and I was not disappointed. They were so big and juicy and flavorful. Parlour continues to delight. I love their artisanal pizza, especially the caprese. They have other unique toppings, like hot honey drizzle (which I intend to try). Also, their made from scratch peppercorn ranch dressing is delicious! They have a covered patio that is heated, so you get the outdoor feel without freezing your tookus off...and of course the staff is great, always friendly. read more

Not to busy since AOTR was going on but the kids were all smiling and happy to work. The staff was nice and one young man just loved talking to us. He was new in training and bored but sweet. We ordered 1/2 a salad which was huge and a ten inch Hawaiian pizza to share. The salad was yummy. They do charge a dollar if you ask for more dressing. I absolutely love this place and have been here like 4 times. To begin with, they have a really nice outdoor area which is perfect for when the weather is nice. For my appetizer I always get the Pepperoni Bombs which are 4 crispy dough balls with pepperoni and mozzarella and they are sooo good! For my entree this time I got the Hawaiian Pizza which was delicious and large enough to take some home. I've also tried the Caprese Pizza and would order it again. There's a loft upstairs as well, which is blocked from every day seating. The nachos are great and unique due to the siracha bourbon BBQ. They are a good shareable item. Food was great. Service was moderate. Our party of four received friendlier service from the bar staff than we did our server. He was not very attentive and did not seem in a good mood at all. Didn't smile once the entire time we were there. While ordering, I asked if I could swap out the banana peppers for jalapeños on my calzone. Our server said they could remove the banana peppers but he'd still have to charge me for the jalapeños. I hadn't been to a restaurant who did that before, so I simply commented that it was weird. No argument or complaint, just wasn't familiar with that policy. Our server seemed to have a bit of an attitude and said, "I don't make the rules." Well, of course not, not sure why he felt the need to say that. When he dropped our food off, he didn't even ask us if there was anything else we needed, just quickly left. I had been waiting to sample a beer, but didn't even have the chance to stop him to ask. It wasn't until I was nearly halfway through my meal when I was able to catch him. A bartender brought it out for me and no one ever came back to see if I wanted to order it, so I opted out of a drink and stuck with my water. He did refill our glasses a couple times without us asking, and took our plates when we were finished. A member of our party asked him for more marinara, which he did bring promptly; but didn't mention there would be a $2.00 charge, they had to wait to see it on their check. Food looked and smelled delicious, and it was. Good portions for the price. I got the Deluxe calzone with no onions and wound up taking half home with me. Reheated okay. Would definitely recommend Parlour overall, but I don't think I would return to this particular location. read more

Parked right in front of this place to go over to the Big Four Bridge to watch the sunset. When we came back to the car, the night was cool, there was live music, fire pits were burning, and the place was hoping with cool energy. After Christmas, we decided that we needed some fresh air, so we headed down to The Walking Bridge, went back and forth (3 miles), and decided to stop for a cold one. Parlour Pizza is right at the bottom of The Walking Bridge in an adorable little neighborhood and VERY accessible; we didn't have to look long (or travel too far) for a spot. We started with a few rounds of drinks, enjoying the outside patio, warm(er) weather, and sun. There is PLENTY of space to spread out. And hey, any restaurant that welcomes dogs is okay with us. We were impressed by PP's set up. Inside options, outdoor (fake turf) patio, and a hybrid (canopied) bar with an outdoor restroom. Many patrons looked comfortable like they'd been there before and were just chatting and watching the football games. There were many drink and beer options so we were all happy. While we went to Parlour for a few drinks, we kept seeing the pizzas come out, and went for it. We ordered the meatball pizza with double cheese and were glad we did. The meatball pizza checked every box. Well seasoned crust, garlicky sauce, perfectly packed meatballs, and JUST the right amount of cheesy grease. As with many restaurants in 2021, staffing shortages are evident and negatively affect both the current staff and customers. Unfortunately, we had to ask the bartender to check on our order because it had been over 45 minutes. Sure enough, our pizza came out right away with three other tables who arrived and ordered food well *after we placed our order. It appeared that the bartender was also his own expo. Pulling double duty would overwhelm even the most competent bartender. While we could tell that the pizza had been sitting in the window for awhile, we still enjoyed it. We applaud PP for powering through the afternoon post-holiday rush, maintaining a fair price point, encouraging their staff to keep smiling, and offering a safe outdoor dining option during the ongoing pandemic. read more

Generally, I find Parlour to be underwhelming. My Cesar salad was pretty bland. The pizza is fine, but my biggest qualm is with the sauce, which has a metallic, canned flavor to it. I find the hoagies better, most because the ones I tried don't have that sauce. Servers are attentive and offered plenty of refills. read more

This place was great. I love a good outdoor experience (seating, space, shade, etc) and this place had it all. It has lawn games, a bar, plenty of TVs, and more. The drinks were great. A rainstorm blew through and my party and I kind of hung around. We were outside in the covered area and it was totally fine. We stayed dry. We ordered the breadsticks with queso and they were great. They were hot, fresh, and well seasoned. The queso was piping hot too. I'd like to add that I ate here years ago, and didn't like it. It is so nice to see that things have significantly improved for the better. I'm looking forward to coming back and have a great time. read more
