A group of us gathered to have dinner on a Friday night. We tried the pretzels and also the breadsticks. Both were very good. We also had the hot honey pepperoni pizza, which was outstanding. We chose the thin crust which I preferred. I also had a piece of the Caprese pizza. It was delicious as well. Our server was very friendly and helpful. She got sidetracked a couple of times and we waited to see her, but it didn't affect our experience other than some quicker drink refills. We sat outside. Love the atmosphere. Will try many of their other locations if I am near.
Pizza was so good! The waitress was extremely kind and understanding of kids. When we arrived at lunch time it was empty and by the time we left it had filled up! She was definitely slammed but she was doing her best to stay on top of everything. Soft drinks were only $2.59 which feels very reasonable for a restaurant! Definitely get the app for the free breadsticks, the garlic butter made it! Everything came out hot and delicious. They have a nice outside area with fans and mist but after walking across the bridge we were thankful to be in AC! They had plenty of high chairs availabl
We went the Sunday after Derby for lunch. The service was probably the worst I've ever had. I get it. It's the day after derby and staffing was probably short. But that's when you should hire reliable help. Took us around 15 minutes for someone to even greet us. I've heard so many great things about this place, so it was a huge let down. I got a calzone which was pretty good. The pretzels were straight from the freezer. The sandwich was so hot for my spouse he could barely eat it. The best thing about our meal were the breadsticks. But they were even so airy there wasn't much there. I will definitely try this place again because I know we probably hit them at a bad time.
Walked over the bridge from Louisville and at the end was this fine place grabbed a beer. Service was excellent as well. Outside seating as well casual food pizza and more
*Food is amazing!* Let it be known, the food is off the charts! We had some parlour bombs and the chicken bacon ranch pizza (thin crust). Both were amazing. Should have went with a large pizza, but left very satiated. Parlour bombs are a good idea. Warm dough with pepperoni and marinara to dip them in, great appetizer idea! Ambiance is pretty cool. Hard to find many places you can dine outside on Astro turf and watch live football in the fall! Service... eh. We didn't know who our server was. It was a football Saturday and I'm going to assume someone didn't show. We had to track someone down to pay so as you can imagine, we didn't get any refills. It took quite sometime for someone to great us and take our order. Should I go back, and likely will, I'll sit at the bar to get better/more prompt service. Food was very quick to come out, it just took a lot to get server attention
As usual, Parlour does it again. The pizza is INCREDIBLY fresh and delicious! It's truly the best pizza in Louisville!
My wife saw a report that Parlor's was donating 25% of proceeds to the Pasadena, CA Humane Society for displaced and injured animals from the LA wildfires. A great reason to head their way. We had a bit of a scare when we walked up to the building. The main Dining area is being remodeled, and closed. We were directed to the heated patio. Thankfully, it's closed in, because it's 23° outdoors. We started with a small order of their smoked wings. They were a bit larger than I expected, but because they're smoked, the wings aren't crispy like deep fried. The wings came nice and hot. Mild flavor. But honestly, I'll skip them next time. My wife ordered a veggie pizza on a cauliflower crust (an extra $3). She thought the pizza was great. Me? I went with a 10" build your own. Red sauce and added mushrooms, jalapeños and meatballs. It's hard to fathom a pizza joint that doesn't offer ground beef as a topping. And why didn't the server suggest they could break up the meatballs in the kitchen? As for the pizza. There was a golf ball sized meatball on every slice. Also served hot. The crust was just the right thickness, but I thought it used to be a little more sauce & cheese. Service was outstanding. Holli was friendly, upbeat and Johnny on the spot. It's great there's a Parlor in Jeffersonville. But for me, it's more of an option for than a first choice. Next time, I'll try a calzone or sub.
Okay troops, so I'm not from here and the gang wanted pizza. We stopped in and I detoured to wings and I was not disappointed. They were so big and juicy and flavorful. The rest of the gang ordered pizza and wings and let's just say the table got really quiet once the food arrived. The server was great and handled all that we needed. The vibe of the place was cool because they have a heated patio and it felt so cozy. We also got to watch the game so that's also a plus. I would definitely return if I'm ever in town again.
I usually go to the parlour over in Louisville but decided to change up the scenery a bit and wasn't disappointed. The drinks and food were amazing and the outdoor patio offers a nice vibe for the current weather.
Parlour is definitely one of my favorite places to get pizza! They are dog friendly, so that's a big bonus! To drink, I had the Summer Breeze seasonal cocktail. It is refreshing and tasty! I got the Hot Brown pizza which is a must try! A fun twist on the Hot Brown sandwich but on a pizza! The service was wonderful, and I love that their patio is semi-covered so that you aren't baking in the sun if you sit outside.
I love this place! I love their giant patio on warm summer days! I love the surrounding area! I love getting a break at "The Parlour" after a stroll across the Big Four Bridge and I LOVE "The Dr.". It's one of my favorite pizzas in the area. We have always had wonderful services as well!

Another positive visit to Parlour in Jeffersonville. Made some new friends and some old friends showed up. The wings were outstanding as usual and the Hawaiian pizza is one of the best ever. Bartenders were very interactive and fun. It always feels like CHEERS when we go there; customers interact with staff and each other. Our troubles are all the same (ah-ah) You wanna be where everybody knows your name! read more

I got a pie to go but the place was cute; good location and a nice sized outdoor seating area. It was pretty packed when I was there. The cashiers were great, gave suggestions and recommendations, friendly and I got my order within 25 mins. I would go back if I'm visiting that area again. read more

Wings are big and meaty. Calzone has good bread and generous size. Beers cold. Large expanded patio, great for groups and has own outside bar. Attentive service. Great stop after walking the bridge. read more

We sat at the bar outside. Karen was our bartender & she was amazing! She was super helpful & kind. She made us some amazing Brumble Berry Mules. She helped us decide on what food order we wanted to put in. We ended up getting the peppercorn ranch salad as well as an order of the smoked wings. We opted for the naked/dry rub wings well done (per Karen's recommendation) with ranch and tropical habanero on the side. Both the salad and the wings were amazing. Our wings were crispy on the outside & juicy on the inside. The tropical habanero sauce was delicious too!! read more

Not to busy since AOTR was going on but the kids were all smiling and happy to work. The staff was nice and one young man just loved talking to us. He was new in training and bored but sweet. We ordered 1/2 a salad which was huge and a ten inch Hawaiian pizza to share. The salad was yummy. They do charge a dollar if you ask for more dressing. I think fifty cents would be more appropriate or give a bigger dressing cup. My opinion. The pizza was pretty good. Bottom nice and crusty and top soft. I would come back. May 2023. read more

I absolutely love this place and have been here like 4 times. To begin with, they have a really nice outdoor area which is perfect for when the weather is nice. For my appetizer I always get the Pepperoni Bombs which are 4 crispy dough balls with pepperoni and mozzarella and they are sooo good! For my entree this time I got the Hawaiian Pizza which was delicious and large enough to take some home. I've also tried the Caprese Pizza and would order it again. They also have a nice selection of beers and cocktails! I highly recommend this restaurant! read more

Walking across the Big 4 Bridge puts you right in front of Parlour. Its outside patio is huge and offered open seating as well as a separate bar. We were dragging from walking around and opted for inside to get out of the heat. Fairly simple renovated house that appears it's still being worked on. There's a loft upstairs as well, which is blocked from every day seating. The nachos are great and unique due to the siracha bourbon BBQ. They are a good shareable item. We also split a 14" build your own, half Italian sausage and half pepperoni. Oh the pepperoni! So flavorful and the crispy crust was rubbed with butter. So much cheese too. We captured seating right away and our server kept our drinks topped off. We'll be back! read more

Loved our experience! We walked the bridge and then sat down for pizza. We split a big 4 pizza and it was delicious! We also got a small cheese bread which was delicious! Our server was great and helped us with everything we needed. Food came out quick and correct! read more

Not a lot of options for vegan, unless you're hungry for salad. I asked for caprese without cheese, and after 45 minutes received a pizza with cheese. A bit disappointing. They made it right and after 30 more minutes. Large amount of outdoor seating! And union next door is great to go to afterwards for games & drinks. read more

Parlour Pizza has the best wings in southern Indiana, and I will die on that grave. I pulled into my driveway at 4:17 and snapped that picture at 4:27. This is no joke. Only regret is ordering ten instead of six because I was certainly full at six but I couldn't stop! You can literally take a bath in their dipping sides and they don't charge extra! Ambience, service, etc etc. 5 star. read more

Parked right in front of this place to go over to the Big Four Bridge to watch the sunset. When we came back to the car, the night was cool, there was live music, fire pits were burning, and the place was hoping with cool energy. Naturally, we sat at a table outside and enjoyed a couple of beers, pizza and apps. Service was pleasant, food was alright, drinks were cool and the music was fine. Overall a very good experience. Certainly looking forward to coming back soon. read more

Food was great. Service was moderate. Our party of four received friendlier service from the bar staff than we did our server. He was not very attentive and did not seem in a good mood at all. Didn't smile once the entire time we were there. While ordering, I asked if I could swap out the banana peppers for jalapeños on my calzone. Our server said they could remove the banana peppers but he'd still have to charge me for the jalapeños. I hadn't been to a restaurant who did that before, so I simply commented that it was weird. No argument or complaint, just wasn't familiar with that policy. Our server seemed to have a bit of an attitude and said, "I don't make the rules." Well, of course not, not sure why he felt the need to say that. When he dropped our food off, he didn't even ask us if there was anything else we needed, just quickly left. I had been waiting to sample a beer, but didn't even have the chance to stop him to ask. It wasn't until I was nearly halfway through my meal when I was able to catch him. A bartender brought it out for me and no one ever came back to see if I wanted to order it, so I opted out of a drink and stuck with my water. He did refill our glasses a couple times without us asking, and took our plates when we were finished. A member of our party asked him for more marinara, which he did bring promptly; but didn't mention there would be a $2.00 charge, they had to wait to see it on their check. Food looked and smelled delicious, and it was. Good portions for the price. I got the Deluxe calzone with no onions and wound up taking half home with me. Reheated okay. Would definitely recommend Parlour overall, but I don't think I would return to this particular location. read more
