Pros and cons... I wish we got to try their savory doughnuts Their actual doughnuts are very good! The *maple bacon* was fantastic. This place does Their doughnuts unlike your traditional shop. It's light and fluffy, very similar to a croissant. A welcomed change I will admit. The *bacon egg and cheese* I was disappointed by. Be warned, it says on the menu "on an unglazed doughnut" (its really just a croissant). The fact that this sandwich has colby jack cheese on it made my sunny morning turn bland and flavorless. No breakfast sandwich should have colby jack on it. It has NO flavor. Swap it with American and thats instantly a better sandwich. *Sausage and egg biscuit* was very good with the fig jam. I wish it was bigger, portion size was pretty small on this one. The baristas made a little oopsies on our coffee and forgot the splash of oatmilk we requested in our *Honey Cinnamon Cold Brew*. But they were nice when we came up to ask about it. This drink, while SOUNDS GREAT, is lacking flavor in all categories. A hard pass. The honey just sinks to the bottom. SKIP SKIP SKIP read more

3 years living in Clarksville, and I had never heard of this place. Passed by it plenty, but the outside doesn't real standout (there's a carwash right beside it with similar colors, so it's kind of disguises it). But once you go in, this is a nice, quaint spot. Whether you go alone or with your partner, or friends; you'll love the homely, diner feel and staff being super pleasant. The layered donut selections come in either sweet or savory, and all seem like something I'll end up trying eventually. What I had was super delicious, and never thought buffalo chicken on a donut was a thing, but I'm thankful for whoever came up with it. With locations in Nashville as well, you'd be doing a major disservice by not checking this place out. read more

Service was fast and friendly. It was a sad day today. Had my last doughnut from here. Drove from Martin TN as we have several times after trying these while on vacation in Alabama. This is a super cute space. I hope someone else can use the space. Good luck to your next adventure. read more

I got there. They had two donuts. There was an excuse, OK. I ordered a mug of drip coffee with my meal, none was delivered. Once I was finished eating, I asked if I could have my coffee, she pours the coffee to the very edge, no room for cream and sugar. I said I would like to put the cream and sugar in myself, she hands it to me and it's off-white, that much cream. I then said this is too much cream, and she tells me they were out of coffee. I asked for a refund on my coffee, she didn't know how to give it to me. So I paid for coffee they never delivered, they kept my money, I did not get coffee. This is a management issue, with someone operating the store who lacks the skill set requisite to competently run this operation. read more

The kindest young lady waited on my sister and I. The doughnuts were AMAZING!!! We will return soon!!!

I'm in town for the week and decided to stop in for coffee and doughnuts--what a treat! The "Blueberry Hill" is hands down the best doughnut I've ever had: light, fluffy, and packed with flavor. Everyone inside was welcoming, and the atmosphere felt vibrant. If you're in Clarksville, this spot is an absolute must-visit! read more

This place was so cute and everyone was super friendly! Like proud owners which I realized afterwards he was. Spoke to the guy about Tesla Model X, Bowling Green, KY where they just opened a new location and Mt Pleasant, SC. Got me a vanilla latte and the bacon egg and cheese was delicious!! My sister and her mother in law are so right. This place was the bomb. Please come to Charleston, SC!!! read more

After this experience, I will not be returning. What should have been a simple $45+ purchase took 45 minutes and left me extremely frustrated. When I arrived at 9:00 a.m., I ordered at the counter: one dozen, some minis, two hot coffees, and two cold drinks. The staff seemed surprised that I was ordering in person and actually suggested that I should place the order through the app before coming in. It gave the impression they were not prepared to handle an in-store order. The order was repeatedly incorrect. They prepared the wrong drinks, and one cold drink was never made. When I asked about it, they claimed I hadn't paid for it. I had to pull up my phone and show the receipt to prove that I had. The coffee situation was especially frustrating. One of the hot coffees was lukewarm. When I requested a fresh cup, instead of brewing a new one, they took the cup to the back, microwaved it, and poured it into a new cup. They did this three times. They suggested the cream must have cooled it down, but the coffee in question was black. Meanwhile, the other coffee -- which had cream -- was hot. Between the incorrect items, the need to prove payment, the microwaved coffee, and the excessive wait time- never again! read more

So I'm going to start by saying they don't do basic. I'm a creature of habit and went in here looking for a chocolate glazed or I think what's called a "yeast twist" (it looks like a twist and is usually just glazed or cinnamon sugar). There was not a single donut with one singular topping lol. Not a bad thing! They load these babies up and have so many fun flavors. I'm a bit more vanilla so I didn't get too wrapped up in all the options. I grabbed a maple bacon(I'm basically Canadian lol) and a coconut cream filled one. So far the maple bacon is the only one I've tried and it took me two sittings to eat( they're big and I can't do too much sweet at once). But looking forward to coconut tomorrow. The texture is almost like a crueller, light and airy but substantial. Like I said, took me two sittings. **the toppings can be a bit messy, and they don't skimp on them. The cashier popped up over the glass as soon as I walked over to ask what she could help me with, with a smile. Reassured me I'd made a good choice. And asked if I'd like any coffee. I've gotta admit their coffee menu did look delicious and I will so be back for an iced maple latte on another day. But she was super helpful and courteous, in a world where customer service is hit or miss, she hit it on the nose. There is kinda limited parking out front but more in back. The decorative tile floors are so cute! I love the old school vibe with floor to ceiling windows. And I'd say seating is ample tho I didn't stay I did take a look around and it wasn't crowded for as busy as the parking lot was. They had a pretty decent crowd for a Friday morning at 945-10ish. read more

Parlor Doughnuts has been my favorite donut spot thus far in Tennessee. I'm happy that there are gluten free options here that also taste good and have a nice texture to the donut. I wasn't able to go in myself, but my husband said the service was fast and the workers were friendly. read more

Food 5/5 $30 for a dozen doughnuts sounds insane. But these doughnuts are not just your regular doughnuts. I'd pay $50 if I had to. First time visitors. Arrived shortly after opening on a Sunday. Two "young people" were on duty and they provided great service and suggestions for which doughnuts to order. Best donuts in all of Clarksville. Best coffee I've ever had (Dutch Bros who?) awesome staff as well! I drive 30 minutes across town with my baby passing Dunkin' and Dutch Bros to get to this place because it's THAT good. Really wish there was one on the other side of town! read more

Everyone has bad days, that's why this review is coming after several visits/flops. The coffee at Parlor Donuts is consistently solid, it's unfortunate that there isn't an efficient way to grab to-go orders and go. So even though the coffee was good, it needed to be reheated before enjoying. The line to the counter was long and awkward, with a glitching menu screen, no music, and sticky floors, the majority of the customers could feel how overworked the couple employees were on a Sunday morning. Thankfully our food was good and semi-warm, they even had eggs on today's visit. read more

Just plain wonderful. Combinations you'd never expect in a doughnut (maple/bacon!) that are yummy. So much more than a circle with a hole. Buy online and pickup or have it delivered. Plan on ordering several types of- you won't be disappointed. Coffee is a delight and not overpriced. read more

Yummy! Soft opening today and can't wait to go back already. I love the decor inside; very welcoming and clean. So many flavor options on doughnuts. I got a box of four and tried the peanut butter, French toast, pistachio raspberry, and summer tart. The French toast was my absolute favorite. I also had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich. It comes on unflavored doughnut and it is amazingggg. The bread is flaky and light. I also got the flavored cold brew. A little sweet, but good. Can't wait to go back. read more

Ethan is the nicest... I had to get that out the way first because he was so patient and kind.. I truly appreciated that ! I seen this place pop up on my social media so I decided to try them out and see what the hype was about and the hype was real!! Their doughnuts are flaky , interesting and delicious. I feel like if imma eat a doughnut I want something fresh and homemade.. I don't do the typical chain doughnuts if you know what I mean .. they are a waste of calories lol .. the doughnuts put me in mind of a croissant type of texture with a slight sweetness, the toppings added the extra flavoring which is how I prefer my doughnuts. There were two parts but I didn't explore..next time I will . I plan on eating inside next time. read more

We've been to this place several times, but it seems that it is going downhill. We ordered the coconut crème filled doughnuts and there is hardly any filling at all. We waited nearly ten minutes for these two items to be made and nobody was ahead of us. The kids that are working there seem clueless and less than motivated. Just go to Krispy Kreme instead...at least you know what you get every time! read more

Food and coffee are great, but phew, this place needs better oversight. We've been 5x at this point, and we always go early (like before 8am) on Saturday or Sunday morning. 4/5 times something has been out. Two times, there were no eggs or overnight oats. Four times, it was no cold brew. How is this possible first thing in the morning on a weekend at a donut shop? Also, The employees are always very nice, but they are super young and treat the job like a social gathering. We'll be the only people in the shop, but it will take 10min to get our coffees because the employees are all chatting and goofing off. This location needs a manager (or a better manager, if there is one). It has so much potential! Ambiance is great, and again, food and coffee are awesome! read more

No stars! Very disappointed!!!!!! I ordered curbside because I was on break at work, hence the option. Waited over 10 minutes for my order, never came out so I had to go inside and once inside, was not greeted, had to ask for someone to assist. Once I said my name they knew my order and one of the employees told me "yeahhhh our website doesn't tell people this but for future reference you shouldn't do curbside on a weekend cause we're busy" I HAD TO TAKE A MOMENT and told him, yes, I'm busy too and that's why I chose the available option of curbside. My order was NOT even ready & when I got back to work I realized my order was wrong too and my matcha tastes like watered down ass!!!! I will never go back, terrible customer service, no attention to detail & extremely overpriced read more

Served hard non warmed donuts today.... We had them in Florida and they were amazing. This place? Sucks

I've been to Parlor a few times and the staff is always helpful. I appreciate the fact they offer a gluten free/vegan donut and they say you can have it almost any flavor displayed in the case. They do some kind of voodoo in the back and bring it out to you. What I have figured out is that it is the same cake donut and they add the icing when you order. It all tastes the same and is way too sweet so last time I asked for a chocolate drizzle on my GF donut and it was perfect! Their coffee is good too and they have coconut milk as a nondairy option. My coworkers love all the gluten donuts i have brought them. This place is a great addition to Clarksville! read more

This place is great but you have to be patient with the lines. The staff work's quick to move the lines along but they seem to be fighting a losing battle. Why you may ask? The doughnuts are elevated in presentation and flavor that makes them a must try treat. There are many flavors and it is more than a doughnut, they are an experience. The seating is not in abundance which is why I can't deliver. 5 rating. I like the decor of the store though, it gives it a unique signature to compliment their signature doughnuts. read more

Tried them when they opened. Wasn't the best so waited until they worked out the kinks Fast forward to now...they have become far, far worse Breakfast sandwich..the croissant, was not a croissant. It was an over fried piece of dough, that was saturated with burnt oil. The bread was so burned. Oily, greasy, sopping wet gross. What was in the middle, was overcooked eggs, as if they have been sitting there for hours after being poorly made to begin with The bacon, way over cooked. Flavorless, expensive waste. Your shop is far to slow to not be putting care into your product. Won't ever return. read more
