Went to oral surgeon next day and diagnosed with ONJ which is Osteonecrosis of the Jaw and I needed 2 rounds of antibiotics. I am not implying that she should have known what I had, however, he should have referred me on instead of saying there is no reason for the pain. That was the last time I went to him. When a patient tells a doctor that she is in pain, the doctor should acknowledge that something is not right. Shame on this doctor. Fortunately I did not lose all my jaw (as that is what could happen) but it was a 5 months of recovery of pain that I was told that I did not have.

Mr. Metri's referral felt like a scam from the start. Regardless of the work they do there, I would not recommend Fadi Metri's office based on the lack of integrity and misguidance he give me with this referral.

This is the absolute worst dentist office I have ever been to in my life. I originally came here…read morebecause I was interested in Invisalign. I was told that I needed a cleaning and two fillings redone first. The female dentist who did my work was late to the appointment, rushed through my cleaning, and had trouble getting the tools to work while doing my fillings. Two weeks after this appointment I began experiencing pain while eating on the right side filling. A few weeks later I experienced pain on my left side filling while eating. Both fillings caused pain any time I ate anything. I also had sensitivity to cold and hot foods with all of my teeth. I have never experienced pain or sensitivity with my teeth before. I scheduled a follow up appointment. When I came in I was told that there was nothing wrong with the fillings and I should wait to see if the pain goes away. I was also told I should get an $800 mouth guard to help with the pain. Neither of these options made any sense to me. I was told I should come back in two weeks for a follow up. After this appointment the pain worsened. Then the pain spread to my neck and lymph nodes under my chin. I called the office several times and finally the owner Dr.Jin called me. Both him and the female dentist are out of town for the week and he said I should go see another dentist. I told him if I had to get work done at another dentist I wanted my money back. He refused and told me good luck. Last night I had to go to the emergency room to get antibiotics for the raging infection in my mouth. I will now have to go to another dentist to get both fillings cleaned out and redone. The response from both of the dentists at this office was completely unprofessional and unacceptable. They took absolutely no accountability. Now I have to heal from infection and get further dental work done. If you value your teeth, health, time, and money do not come here.
