Have not gotten out of car wash for a car wash since I was in grade school (mid 30s now). Exiting the vehicle and watching my car get cleaned while in the well kept and chilled interior was lovely. Waters are provided behind check out as you watch the towel crew dry every inch of your car! Prices and details of what is covered are easily visible before entering the wash! Will for sure be visiting again! The man who use to own it over 60 years was there and new owner will hopefully get many many years out of there as well! Well done! read more

When did Parkway quit vacuuming the car for a Deluxe wash ? Or cleaning the windows. They have always done thus for everything over an external only car wash ?? read more

Great AAA discount for full service: vacuum, mats cleaned, Inside windows were perfect and seats wipes down. It was worth the cost

I kept trying to give this place a chance and every single time they disappointed me. How does $25 and the floor isn't even vacuumed. I'm just so upset. It's something ever time I went there (6 times) it's not worth it at all. I wish I could leave a good review but I unfortunately will never be back here. read more

I paid for the ultimate wash. They accept AAA which is a $4 discount. AUV came out pretty clean inside and out. I pointed out some areas to them and they were happy to give them extra attention! read more

Parkway Auto Wash - My car after cleaning - Car Wash Near Me - Westland, Michigan

Paid premium price for a half ass job. When pointing it out to the manager, a young guy got mouthy and made verbal threats to physically smack me. The manager ignored his behavior and tried to finish cleaning up my car properly. Even he lacked doing so... leaving my steering column a mess... asked for my money back... only gave me part of it back... read more

Hard to believe this place is still in business. Paid $150 bucks & they didn't even get the bugs off the windshield. They didn't even attempt to wipe out the cup holders, or even vacuum the back interior. Fortunately, I know better than to complain at one of these places, it only gets worse from there on out. I wish there was a lower rating than 1 star. read more

I have been going to Parkway for many years,I have always had great service!, Never had any problems, the car always comes out fabulous inside and out!, I always go to Parkway for all my car care needs!, read more

Should be on the brink of going out of business and fast! this place has really gone downhill fast! It used to be a decent bargain to get a wash and a decent interior clean out; not So Much Anymore! The employees, that seem like local vagrants, rush thru most jobs leaving a lot to be finished up. Would not recommend. read more

I paid for the detailing cleaning on the inside of my car that included shampooing the carpets. The older guy that helped me lacked good customer service so that's why I gave it a 4 star. My car on the other hand looks amazing!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would....I paid for exterior wash and inside detailing. The job was awful, barely vacuumed my car, did not wipe anything down, and extremely racist vibes. The manager barely wanted to take my money. I will never go back and I will never recommend! What a scam! read more

Ive written less than 10 reviews in my life, but my experience yesterday was good enough that I'm breaking my own rule. Doug and his guys were awesome, the price was fair and they went above and beyond with a non-detail project I begged them to do for me. Top notch in every aspect, and they now have a customer for life. read more

I purchased 3 ultimate washes off of Groupon. Once the car went through the car wash, I was told "All set!" And handed my keys. I informed him that I had purchased the ultimate package off Groupon and that included an interior cleaning. He said "Oh, there was no ticket in your car for that because you purchased from Groupon. I'll go ask my supervisor." He went inside, and then came back out with a rag and began to wipe down the inside. I asked "Doesn't the ultimate wash come with a vacuum cleaning also?" He said "Yes, usually, but you didn't have a ticket for that. I'll go ask my supervisor." Didn't you just do that? He knew I paid for it already. He just hoped I didn't know what came with that package. He drives it to the side of the building, and starts to vacuum while another gentleman comes to wipe down the interior. They work together for about 3 minutes and both begin to walk off, telling me I was good to go. I had to point out three different (and obvious) areas that needed to be wiped (the back of the passenger seat, back of the driver's seat, and the left rear door.) I noticed my drivers side door also needed to be wiped, but at this point I was irritated, so just said thanks and took my keys. Got inside and realized they left my rear passenger door wide open, so I had to get out and walk around the car to close it. Once I got inside, I realized the "cleaning" job they did was way worse than I initially thought. Mind you, I cleaned out all the trash and toys prior to coming so that their job would be quick and easy. Even with that, they did a terrible job. They did not vacuum the floor on my passenger side, the center of the middle row, or the very back row. They also didn't wipe down the area of my center console. I have two more visits with them (because of the Groupon purchase), and hopefully they will improve their customer service next time. After I got inside my car, I immediately took pictures of the problem areas. They do get one star from me because the outside of my car looked really good. read more

I was disappointed in the $10 stimulus package that I purchased, which included exterior wash rain X coat, your rims and armor all for the tires. I did like the service of drying off your car by so many individuals, but the armor all that they put on my tires never shined, they did not pay particular attention to my rims because they left a lot of dirt on my tire rims. I could have went down the street to the four dollar car wash added an extra dollar for five dollars and they would have done a better job with my rims. You live and you learn I will not be returning! This place is right down the street as well, disappointed. read more

I paid $26.00 for a deluxe a car wash inside and out. I was supposed to get a $3 discount, but was told that because of COVID-19, I had to pay extra. The inside was great! Except that the person who sprayed the air freshener left the bottle on my front seat. I happened to notice it and returned it. The outside was just OK. I'm not sure I'll go again. I was pressed for time so I used them as I can walk there from my home. I may just do it myself next time . read more

The owners hire nothing but thives. A couple of years ago one of their employees tried to steal my mother's glasses. Just today another one of their employees was caught with my father's stolen bicycle. On both sides occasions the owner actively defended his employees even when they were caught red handed. If that doesn't bug you feel free to stop in, but if you do keep a close eye on your belongings. read more

Parkway Auto Wash is a joke, I paid $16 they didn't wipe anything down inside. Broke my floormat attachment trying to rip it out. Will never go back and I wouldn't recommend anyone else to go there either. read more

This place has let me down for over 20 years. I keep giving them chance after chance because I grew up around there. Last week I paid for 16$ for a super wash and got super let down. I have a 2016 Ford Transit. I told the guys at the front and the guy behind the counter that I had to pick up an important client right after so do a good job on the inside. My dog could've done a better job wiping the dash and interior. Once he got out for me to drive away, I had to go back in and ask what my $16 got me. The guy spent another 10 minutes wiping down the interior. Those guys were just in a hurry to light up a smoke and check there Facebook. Before all this, i tipped a $5, so i was even more pissed. Never again will i waste my $$ there. I'd recommend whoever reads this do the same. Hacks!! read more

I came here because I saw it had a good review. I wasn't disappointed. The people were friendly and nice. I was 30 min late on Saturday afternoon but they still saw me. They did a great job on my car detail and the car wash was great too. Since I had dog hair on my seats the detail was more expensive, but when I asked about the price of adding a car wash they said they would just include with the previously quoted price. How nice! Will be coming back for sure. read more

This is probably the worst place to go for a car wash, I bought the $7 wash and took it in. They put it through the wash and then lightly wiped it down. I get out to check it and there's dirt all along my side skirt, back bumper, hood and front bumper. I got home and called back up there and the guy was rude as shit. Sounded like he was dying and told me to come in tomorrow to fix it. Definitely not going because if you were gonna fix it you would of done it in the first place. This place sucks ass read more

Zero customer service. Came in at 1:30 when they close at 4 - told me no super vac today & get in line with everyone else. Couldn't tell me when they would next do super vac - said get here early tomorrow & we can try. WTF. Will never be back. read more

If I could give a zero stars, I would. They told me to get out of the car, when I did, I fell into the pit because the drain grate was not on correctly. The employees helped me but the owner just walked away. It's all on video, I was badly hurt. The owner said it didn't happen there. Until they had to produce the video, they record everything there. Then I had to battle their high priced insurance lawyer to get my medical bills paid. These two brothers co-owners never even apologized or cared that I was laying on the nasty wet ground screaming in pain , they treated me horribly. read more

My car was damaged by one of their workers. I address the issue with the owner and he was very uncooperative! I had my car washed two weeks ago and one of the workers was trying to get sap off of my windshields both front and back. He tried using a plastic razor then a solution and it would not come off. There were several spots of the sap on the windshields. He continued to try to get them off and proceeded to use a metal straight edge razor. It did extreme damage to my back windshield and damages to the front windshield as well in several spots. My back windshield has a huge gouge in it from being scratched so hard. The owner did not care about it. He told me it was not from sap which his worker told me it was.The owner told me that something had hit my windshield which is completely impossible for something to hit the back windshield in several spots to damage it and then go and hit the front windshield damaging it in several spots as well. He said he would do absolutely nothing about it. I will never ever go there again!!!! read more

Great place to come in for a quick cleaning or detail, however, if your car is filled with dog hair, or has lots of dirt or even salt embedded in the carpeting and seats you should highly consider purchasing a detail or super vac as basic vacuuming is not going to get the job done. It's not the employee or the vacuum that is the problem. If your car is trash it requires more time and tools, this is not rocket science, also their detailing services have the best prices in town. read more

I took my Ford Freestar mini-van there yesterday. I'd never been to this "full service" auto wash and told the staff that. I spent $23.00 plus tip. I got home and realized they did not put my front floor mats back. I drove back to the Parkway Auto Wash and told them they didn't return my front floor mats. They said they were still wet so they placed them in the back of the van. I got a halfhearted "uh, sorry", from the employee. I got home and opened the back and took the wet mats out to dry. I saw they hadn't vacuumed or even cleaned beyond the second row of seats. I called and spoke to a manager and told him of my floor mat experience and disappointment about with the back of the van not being touched. With a non-concerned tone he explained that they consider the back of a mini-van like the trunk of a car and unless we specifically ask and pay extra, they don't clean that area. I told him that would have been nice to know UP FRONT. He didn't reply. There are so many good Auto Washes (Jax) that pride themselves on their fine work and friendly customer service, why would anyone want to go to a place like Parkway and be treated like so rudely. Parkway could take a lesson from Jax. I think they must have a niche set of customers, but it will be an uphill battle for them to draw in new returning customers when they treat customers like they treated me. I will not be going back to Parkway Auto Wash. read more

First thing off the bat everyone is rude, the guy up front is rude and prissy, his twin brother is rude also like come on guys you have customers to see everyday at least smile and act friendly, this lady In front of me had to use her credit card to pay and asked to put a tip for the guy who served her car (the guy who writes stuff on a slip) and the one brother said "well I can't edit that on a debit card" he simply shook his head and rolled his eyes telling the lady to put her pin in.
