I purchased 3 ultimate washes off of Groupon. Once the car went through the car wash, I was told "All set!" And handed my keys. I informed him that I had purchased the ultimate package off Groupon and that included an interior cleaning. He said "Oh, there was no ticket in your car for that because you purchased from Groupon. I'll go ask my supervisor." He went inside, and then came back out with a rag and began to wipe down the inside. I asked "Doesn't the ultimate wash come with a vacuum cleaning also?" He said "Yes, usually, but you didn't have a ticket for that. I'll go ask my supervisor." Didn't you just do that? He knew I paid for it already. He just hoped I didn't know what came with that package. He drives it to the side of the building, and starts to vacuum while another gentleman comes to wipe down the interior. They work together for about 3 minutes and both begin to walk off, telling me I was good to go. I had to point out three different (and obvious) areas that needed to be wiped (the back of the passenger seat, back of the driver's seat, and the left rear door.) I noticed my drivers side door also needed to be wiped, but at this point I was irritated, so just said thanks and took my keys. Got inside and realized they left my rear passenger door wide open, so I had to get out and walk around the car to close it. Once I got inside, I realized the "cleaning" job they did was way worse than I initially thought. Mind you, I cleaned out all the trash and toys prior to coming so that their job would be quick and easy. Even with that, they did a terrible job. They did not vacuum the floor on my passenger side, the center of the middle row, or the very back row. They also didn't wipe down the area of my center console. I have two more visits with them (because of the Groupon purchase), and hopefully they will improve their customer service next time. After I got inside my car, I immediately took pictures of the problem areas. They do get one star from me because the outside of my car looked really good. read more

I was disappointed in the $10 stimulus package that I purchased, which included exterior wash rain X coat, your rims and armor all for the tires. I did like the service of drying off your car by so many individuals, but the armor all that they put on my tires never shined, they did not pay particular attention to my rims because they left a lot of dirt on my tire rims. I could have went down the street to the four dollar car wash added an extra dollar for five dollars and they would have done a better job with my rims. You live and you learn I will not be returning! This place is right down the street as well, disappointed. read more

The owners hire nothing but thives. A couple of years ago one of their employees tried to steal my mother's glasses. Just today another one of their employees was caught with my father's stolen bicycle. On both sides occasions the owner actively defended his employees even when they were caught red handed. This place has let me down for over 20 years. I keep giving them chance after chance because I grew up around there. Last week I paid for 16$ for a super wash and got super let down. I have a 2016 Ford Transit. I told the guys at the front and the guy behind the counter that I had to pick up an important client right after so do a good job on the inside. My dog could've done a better job wiping the dash and interior. Once he got out for me to drive away, I had to go back in and ask what my $16 got me. The guy spent another 10 minutes wiping down the interior. Those guys were just in a hurry to light up a smoke and check there Facebook. Before all this, i tipped a $5, so i was even more pissed. This is probably the worst place to go for a car wash, I bought the $7 wash and took it in. They put it through the wash and then lightly wiped it down. I get out to check it and there's dirt all along my side skirt, back bumper, hood and front bumper. I got home and called back up there and the guy was rude as shit. I came here because I saw it had a good review. I wasn't disappointed. The people were friendly and nice. I was 30 min late on Saturday afternoon but they still saw me. They did a great job on my car detail and the car wash was great too. Since I had dog hair on my seats the detail was more expensive, but when I asked about the price of adding a car wash they said they would just include with the previously quoted price. How nice! If I could give a zero stars, I would. They told me to get out of the car, when I did, I fell into the pit because the drain grate was not on correctly. The employees helped me but the owner just walked away. It's all on video, I was badly hurt. The owner said it didn't happen there. Until they had to produce the video, they record everything there. Then I had to battle their high priced insurance lawyer to get my medical bills paid. My car was damaged by one of their workers. I address the issue with the owner and he was very uncooperative! I had my car washed two weeks ago and one of the workers was trying to get sap off of my windshields both front and back. He tried using a plastic razor then a solution and it would not come off. There were several spots of the sap on the windshields. He continued to try to get them off and proceeded to use a metal straight edge razor. It did extreme damage to my back windshield and damages to the front windshield as well in several spots. My back windshield has a huge gouge in it from being scratched so hard. The owner did not care about it. He told me it was not from sap which his worker told me it was.The owner told me that something had hit my windshield which is completely impossible for something to hit the back windshield in several spots to damage it and then go and hit the front windshield damaging it in several spots as well. He said he would do absolutely nothing about it. I will never ever go there again!!!! read more

Great place to come in for a quick cleaning or detail, however, if your car is filled with dog hair, or has lots of dirt or even salt embedded in the carpeting and seats you should highly consider purchasing a detail or super vac as basic vacuuming is not going to get the job done. It's not the employee or the vacuum that is the problem. If your car is trash it requires more time and tools, this is not rocket science, also their detailing services have the best prices in town. read more

I took my Ford Freestar mini-van there yesterday. I'd never been to this "full service" auto wash and told the staff that. I spent $23.00 plus tip. I got home and realized they did not put my front floor mats back. I drove back to the Parkway Auto Wash and told them they didn't return my front floor mats. They said they were still wet so they placed them in the back of the van. I got a halfhearted "uh, sorry", from the employee. I got home and opened the back and took the wet mats out to dry. I saw they hadn't vacuumed or even cleaned beyond the second row of seats. I called and spoke to a manager and told him of my floor mat experience and disappointment about with the back of the van not being touched. With a non-concerned tone he explained that they consider the back of a mini-van like the trunk of a car and unless we specifically ask and pay extra, they don't clean that area. I told him that would have been nice to know UP FRONT. He didn't reply. There are so many good Auto Washes (Jax) that pride themselves on their fine work and friendly customer service, why would anyone want to go to a place like Parkway and be treated like so rudely. Parkway could take a lesson from Jax. I think they must have a niche set of customers, but it will be an uphill battle for them to draw in new returning customers when they treat customers like they treated me. I will not be going back to Parkway Auto Wash. read more
