When I pulled up, I asked the guy what their best wash was, and he said the works for $8. I paid him $8 and tipped him $2. After he manually sprinkled water on my car and brushed it manually with a bubble brush, my car moved on to the machine wash phase. I went through the machine wash and the air blower in the end, and then exited and parked next to another customer who was getting his tires shined. I waited and waited for the guy to come dry my car and shine the tires since it was included in my purchase. But turns out the guy who had initially washed my car inside the machine, had not communicated to the guy in the parking lot that I had purchased the most expensive service on their menu and that I was waiting to get my car dried with towel and have my tires shined. So when I finally got tired of waiting in my car, I got out to inquire, and finally the guy inside came out and told the parking lot guy that he was supposed to detail my car. By that time, my car had dried and had water spots all the body. Even though the guy tried to towel dry it, it was too late. Overall I ended up with spotty bodied car, and had to reclean my windows myself when I got home. Terrible; you know a car wash sucks when you find the need to reclean your car after you paid for the most expensive service on the menu. Not going back for sure, I'd rather go to a do it yourself car wash and wash my car properly myself and for half the price. read more
