I have spent weeks looking for the right 2020 Ford Transit Connect cargo van. In Ct where we are…read morefrom I could not not find anything that was not either completely beat up or did not have the accessories I was looking for. I then started trying some of the dealers in the Massachusetts area. I found one place called Boston Prime Cars just outside of Boston. I gave the guy a call. He said the van was there and that I can make an appointment and come up and take a look at it. I spoke with the gentleman name Will, Will was very polite not pushy at all. Just a good salesman. My wife and I took the ride up to Boston took the vehicle for a test drive noticed it had a little wheel bounce. Had a small dent in the rim and I told Will about it. He said he would take care of it. The van was super clean and had all the accessories that I was looking for. I told Will if he would repair the rim that I would go ahead and purchase the van. I was then introduced to his father Jp. It was quite obvious where his son's professionalism and manners came from absolutely great people to work with. JP and I went ahead and did all the paperwork for the loan within a half an hour. I had my answer and he said that he would do all the paperwork and get the truck registered and ready to go in a few days. That was good for me. A few days later, Will called me and told me the van was ready to go not only did Will drive my van down to Connecticut to register it. He also replaced all the tires, replace two rims, replaced front brakes and rotors and all four hubcaps. On top of that, he detailed the whole van inside and out. When my wife and I took the ride back up to pick up the van, everything was ready. Everything was perfect. I cannot say enough about JP and Will for how they run a business and how they sell their vehicles. I own own business for approximately 30 years and I can tell you this I was fully impressed with every part of the sale. I would like to personally thank JP and Will for everything they did for us. You guys are absolutely amazing. I will be in the very near future purchasing one or more vans from you guys as well. Not only did I purchase a vehicle I feel as though a I made 2 very good new friends as well. Regards, Glenn Higney President/CEO Allcom Communications, Inc.

Do not buy a car from here…read more The car they sold me was a lemon - it sat at the dealership and an outside electrician for 17 business days. They pushed me around during the entire process. During repairs, the salesperson promised to be in touch with updates as they came but was not. I texted her nearly every day and she rarely responded in a timely manner, would not answer follow up questions and would not pick up my calls. The dates she gave me kept getting moved. Finally, I decided I was not comfortable keeping the car as I felt this was a bigger electrical issue. I was prepared to talk numbers as outlined in Massachusetts Guide to New or Leased Car Lemon Law but the salesperson agreed to refunding me the price of the car immediately. This was in person on a Saturday (5/23) and they told me to come back the next Monday and the manager would give me a check for the price of the car. I sent an email confirming this information as I wanted it to be documented, then they reply back via email that the check will be ready on Thursday. They had just told me that they would give me the check on Monday, why wouldn't they tell me Thursday instead? I had to ask another employee to bring the salesperson out to speak to me as she took her lunch break instead of spending 1 minute to explain this. I come in the next Monday (5/25) as the salesperson said we can start paperwork then. When we get there, we're waiting about 15 minutes until she comes with a check for almost the full amount I paid them - the price of the car, registration, inspection, and tax. No explanation or acknowledgment that this was happening today or that they were refunding me everything I paid to them. I deposit the check on Thursday (5/28) but then on Saturday (5/30), the salesperson calls me. She says their accountant "denied the check" and to come in next Thursday and they will give me cash instead. She said she would tell me what time to come in, naturally she didn't and so on that day (6/4) I told her I would come in at noon. I get there and they say the accountant is out right now and to come back at 5:30. During this, another employee chimes in by saying the check didn't go through because I didn't deposit it the same day they gave it to me and that they have had this issue with other customers in the past. We stand there for almost 20 minutes waiting to speak with the manager, who is sitting in his office "on the phone with the bank". He gives us his word that at 5:30 they will have the full amount in cash for me. At 4:20, I get a text from the salesperson saying that they will only give me the price of the car today, and that I have to come back the next day (6/5) for the taxes, registration and inspection because "the payment goes through the DMV and takes a little longer to process" and that "the accountant just told us". We show up at 5:30 and both the salesperson and the manager have left for the day. The employee who handles finances comes out to deal with me. I ask him why I can't get the full amount they promised just 5 hours ago and he says in so many words that they do not have enough cash on hand. To my surprise, I actually got the rest of the money from them on 6/5. What kind of business are they running that they would take back a car before properly discussing it, that their check bounces, that it takes them nearly 2 weeks to come up with $4,000 to pay me back, and that they would push a customer around like this? It was excuse after excuse after excuse. Between the salesperson and the 2 other employees who spoke to me, no one could get their story straight. Their word means absolutely nothing. Working with them is a waste of time and money.

WARNING: This Dealership Sells Lemons & Blames You For It…read more I bought a car here a few months ago and put down a large sum of money. Within weeks, the car started having issues. I reached out to the owner immediately after, hoping for help. Instead, I got a rude, combative response and was blamed for the problems -- even though I had just bought the car. I recently took it to a certified BMW dealership, and they confirmed what I already knew: the car had serious issues that were never disclosed. I have the full inspection report AND video proof to back this up. This dealership: Takes your money Sells you damaged cars Blames you when things go wrong Refuses to help or take accountability They knew what they were doing -- and they chose to lie instead of do right. BOTTOM LINE: Don't trust this place. Don't waste your money. I've got the receipts, and I'm warning others before it happens to you.

We bought a car from here and hasn't even been 30 days and we already took it back to be checked…read moreout. The car sat in their lot for a year. Cars collect dust and rust after sitting. This is expected. However before we bought it we told them, the steering wheel shakes when you're breaking. They gave us the whole "take it home drive it, get the rust off. If it still shakes bring it back we'll take care of it" When we called them two weeks later to tell them "Hey we're still having this issue" They said "Well you need to drive it hundreds of miles and the problems will go away" ummmm GTFOTH!!! No one is driving a car that steering shakes when you're breaking hundreds miles. So this week we bring the car back, they claim "it's only money, I'll take care of it. I want you to be comfortable" Well wouldn't you know they called us back after they hand over the car to us talking bout "we need to pay them for the labor" Excuse me? They lied and told us "we took car of everything, new tires, new brakes etc" So why if you took care of everything we're still having this problem? We've had this car two weeks! We are under warranty for the car!!! There should absolutely be NO COST!!! None! ****UPDATE**** So these guys did attempt to make amends. The deductible was not charged and they did fix the issue with the car. It's been a few weeks and the car drives well. They even called to check up on us. Could have been a misunderstanding or miscommunication but still. I stand by my first claim. Don't buy nothing from here. Since we've gotten the car we've had to things just fall off, side mirror fell off while nobody was driving touching doing a thing to the car. Now the review mirror just fell off while I was driving it. You can clearly see they used glue to repair it. Just don't man ... save yourself the trouble.
