Listen i hate the thought of buying a car as much as the next man but with this team it was a walk in the park. From John and his son Jimmy to the sales representative to the team of technicians i was greated with smiles and warm welcome. ​last time I bought from them was 2020 and my car drove like a dream. I drove that beautiful machine into an early grave due to my job putting an additional 120,000 miles on it. I was surprised when I came in for another car and the sales rep from 6 years ago, Rocco, remembered me. This time I worked with Eric and he was delightful. He worked with me patiently while we were trying to hit a monthly financing number that I was comfortable with. Lets just say we hit it because im now driving a super nice, clean, well oiled Honda CRV! So here is my message to anyone looking to buy a car from John's Auto Sales. Buy your next car and you wont buy from anyone else ever again. I guarantee it! They had my vote last time and they have it again this time for sure. But when I got it on the road to bring it home, the transmission was banging, the suspension was very soft, and the brakes were awful. I brought it back, and they fixed a lot of what was wrong with it. They loaned me a real BEATER to get by with while my van was being worked on. They even said they had the transmission "Serviced" (Whatever that means)... But the transmission continued to bang. Slowly getting worse. I wasn't able to bring it back again because of logistical reasons. I was suspicious about the transmission from day 1. Now, it is shot and needs to be rebuilt. I should have just returned it and cancelled the sale. Hindsight is 20-20. NEVER AGAIN.

The machine that does this on the shoggest location has been broke over a year. I have to assume the only reason they can't fix it. I won't fix it is because they can't make money on it. Every time I go in, they act like it just happened. Bad enough they Charge $12 to have an account per month. And then the one service you need from them they can't provide.

Never got a call, so I called on the 3rd day, whomever picked up the phone was not helpful at all. I finally asked him to have someone call me back & gave my contact information. Once again, never got a call back. I waited another day with no call back. Called today & was told to call back in 30-min. I asked why can't your office call me back and said it would be easier for me to call. Such lousy customer service. Would never bank here.

My Rockland Trust debit card information was stolen and used by someone in another state to make a…read morepurchase of nearly $1,000.00 I was sent a text message from Rockland Trust on that day asking me if I made this purchase, to which I replied "NO", and the card was subsequently frozen and my account was given a provisional credit for that $1,000.00 fraudulent purchase. Fast forward 3 months later, and the provisional credit I had been given was then RESCINDED by Rockland Trust, and I was told they had been given "proof" by the merchant where the fraudulent transaction occurred that it was not fraudulent, despite the fact that the bank itself CONTACTED me that day when the purchase was made as they suspected it to be fraudulent. Now Rockland Trust is telling me there is "nothing more we can do", despite having already being able to provide me a credit for the fraudulent purchase that they TOLD me about the moment it happened. I will very likely be taking my business elsewhere entirely and never banking here again because of this complete failure, on Rockland Trust's part, to protect me and my financial security despite every indication and piece of evidence they had to do so.

Instead of sending to my address, they sent the checks to the addresses on each property as they are in trusts. I never got the checks so we had to cancel all three accounts. The manager told me to cancel, but he neglected to tell me once I close an account, I will not have access to any information. It seems foolish to me that this should be the case. As a result, I had a difficult time doing my taxes with no access. They printed out statements which did not include checks. So we wasted more time going back to get copies of cashe checks. What a mess and waste of time!!! 2. I was looking for a retirement account which was on record. When I asked them about it, they said I had closed it with a couple of thousand dollrs in there. When I produced a copy of account opening form and an additional check, they said that was closed too. Hmmm, still waiting to hear from them. It was not at this branch. I don't want to metnion the particular branch.
