The front section has water on the floor. Unsure if one of the machines leaked or if someone dropped a water bottle. Just glad I had no need to use those machines. The rest of the space looks like every other laundromat that is not attended too during the day. The price on the dryers is right. The prices on the washers seem right but I came with washed clothing. I didn't need to buy supplies but the price seemed right. There is a soda vending machine available. The laundromat is in a strip mall so there is lots of parking. A Chinese takeout is a couple storefronts away, if you need food. Conveniently located in Main Street. I guess if I am doing laundry in Sun Prairie, I would end up here again.

It helps if you bring along someone to help you open the door if you are otherwise occupied with carrying your heavy laundry basket. Don't count on being able to snag a rolling cart, customers love to grab these and hang on to them until their loads of laundry are through. It is clean enough and a little cheaper than other places. There is very little floor space with the washers, dryers and people trying to do laundry and fold clothes, so if someone in your party just loves to run multiple laps around the laundromat, they might find themselves tripping over someone. I didn't see the dry cleaning operation, but the laundromat does have an office on the premise.

A half hour later, stuff split into three dryers (jeans take forever!) and as things finished, I pulled them out and folded. They have different sized washers (3 load all the way up to 13 loads) - I believe I used the 6 load washer for approximately $6.50 a cycle. Washes are done in ~25 minutes. Dryers are $0.25 for five minutes and you can add as you wish.

I find the price of the washers and dryers pretty reasonable. Broken machines are usually well marked. I like the parking lot and that there are two doors to the business. There is a Milio's in the same complex so if you need lunch or dinner you don't have to drive around. And now a Tattoo and Piercing Shop, so maybe get some ink while you are washing.

I've never had any issues with the washing machines or dryers at Queen's Way, as they have always been functioning. Place is relatively clean, numerous booths, tables, and chairs to get some work done or read. TV with many cable channels available. To the best of my knowledge there is also Wi-fi, but I have not tried using it, so I am unable to comment on browsing speed, etc. Multiple large tables for folding as well as carts for use within the laundromat. I've been using Queen's Way for months now and I will continue to go back. Nothing special, but a clean laundromat with a perk like free cable TV? I'll take it! UPDATE 5/28/2014: I attempted to use the Wi-fi but was unsuccessful. It appears to be a network with no password, but I still had trouble establishing a connection. We're currently without a washer/dryer in our new place, in the meantime we're heading over to Sonic Suds. The machines all appear quite new - with that said, I hate front loaders. I just don't think our laundry gets very clean in them in general and at $2/machine minimum - that blows. AND while the $2 machines claim to be double load machines - they're not. Your laundry will not come out clean if you put a true double load of laundry in one. I put a double load in a triple load machine with fine results. However, that's $3. On the plus side their driers are incredibly efficient. It takes about $.50 to dry a standard size load of laundry. I've had to lower the temp after about 10 minutes. This place is quite tidy, I appreciate the table and chairs, the rolling baskets with hanging bar, coin machine and overpriced vending machines. There is not a ton of space to fold laundry if you happen to have a ton of laundry, though, this is not a problem for me personally - I fold at home. I'll rather deal with the wrinkles than chasing after my two little ones. I'm new to the area, so not sure what else is nearby as far as laundromats go. We should have our own set soon, otherwise I'd be willing to drive a bit for top loading machines.

While it appears they allow the option for tap payment, they were not working. I read that in another review so maybe it's a choice they are making not to offer. You can use your physical card, just not apple or Google pay. The cost for two loads in the washer and one load in the dryer for 30 minutes was only $6.25. The place was very clean and I would definitely use it again. It was nice to only spend and hour on laundry that normally takes me half a day or so to complete.
