No room service. Can't play league of legends on this wifi. There are cats that roam around but wont come when called. Outrageous.

As I live in Northern California (Crockett), I tried Armstrong here hoping to score a plant. Talked w a guy who said that he was sold out of the particular plant, and I was sort of bummed, but accepted the fact that after trying another vendor, no luck would be on my side. After noodling around the store for other cool stuff, I get this "Hey!" and low and behold he found 2 Cousin It plants for me! I was surprised and happy he found them! He went out of his way to look for this particular plant and let me know that they had them! I went home happy and just stoked that this kind of customer service STILL existed in this world! Bringing home this plant back to Northern California was truly something as I had someone who cared enough to make my inquiry happen!!!

Good selections of citrus fruit trees like finger lime, kaffir lime and lemon, lime trees. Woah !! The selections on vases are impressive, different sizes to every color imaginable. I was in the market for roses specifically a climbing variety, I only saw one yellow type. Maybe will stop by again to see if they stock more in the future. Besides the vast selection of supplies of garden furniture, plant food , vases and plants. I honestly think they need to also work on welcoming their customers. I encountered three different employees not one made an effort , a little acknowledgment with a hello , how can I help you, let me know what you need help with, Can go a long way.

Let me start off by saying that I don't like to leave reviews but sometimes you have to. This five…read morestart is because of Dasha Allen. I have lived at Park Avenue since April 2018, and Dasha was the leasing agent who assisted my wife and I with our move in paperwork up until we moved in. She is nothing but a gem! Dash is always available and willing to help and what I love is that you can tell that she does it sincerely and is happy with assisting a resident/prospect. Anytime I call the office I always ask for her and if she's not there, I personally prefer to wait until she's available and then will proceed with my request. I'm not here to say that I have a problem with the other agents but Dasha gets it done! She has always been consistent with her work/responses to resident (I speak this for my wife and 4 other apartment friends that I know and feel the same), and has never give us a bad attitude/negative response even when she may not be able to assist with something, which honestly, it's never. There have been times where I have talked to other agents reporting something and waited days sometimes and never hear back. With Dasha, if she says she will call you back, I suggest you keep your phone close because she will or at least email you. To be quite honest, i'm not sure why she hasn't been promoted yet considering her work ethic, customer service skills, and more that I have seen. People like her make it exciting to come home and know that things you have have reported in your home will be taken care off because she will follow through to the best of her ability. Park Avenue is a good community. I just wish we had more people like her. :-)

Maintenance will blame you for everything, we had water leaking into our apartment and I called maintenance, he tried to tell me it was from my deep freezer and etc, come to find out, a pipe burst underground. 2. There are ROACHES and bug problems. In order to get any help from them, you'll need about a two week notice, and to move everything out of the apartment 3. PARKING, is non existent. We have two cars, and we had to share a garage with a neighbor. Meaning the two car garage that is there, you get only 1 spot. Also, the walls are open. So your garage door can be closed but if the one next to you is open your car is easily accessible. 4. "24 hour security" But there are multiple car break ins and peeping toms regularly 5. The communication from the office was trash, not so much Dorothy, but specifically, Jennifer. She was seriously rude upon our move out.

The games do go by fast and you have to ask the staff to put on rails. They seem to have a nice variety of balls, I think the floor might be slightly warped. Then again, I'm a noob bowler. The keyboard is only one per lane, and the keys can kinds be stuck sometimes. The screen has tips on how to hit the remaining pins. The shoes are hard and def a bit old. Probably not the most ideal for a germaphobe. Only thing that felt off was my hands felt pretty grimy after bowling & definitely went to go wash them. I would recommend taking advantage of this :)

We had a young son so we were able to drop him off while we went to classes and because we had a limited income, they had a sliding payment scale that fit our income perfectly. We could leave our son there while we went to the student union to eat and study without being disturbed. They had comfy "bean bag" cushions for relaxing as a well as study areas which were quiet and conducive to getting work done. We thoroughly enjoyed and benefited from the Student Union. We both graduated with BA's and I returned later to get masters degree. We've been retired now for about 15 years and still have very fond memories of our time spent there.

The unit itself had good square footage, huge bedroom, large closets, and was very clean when initially rented. Other than that, the unit had a basic kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom set up. It would be nice not to have carpet anymore, as it gets dirty and I would suggest that they convert every unit to at least laminate. The appliances were good throughout the year though. The pool was one of my favorite amenities. Unfortunately I wasn't able to use it as much during the winter season, but I did use it a few times. It is cleaned regularly and not overly crowded even in peak months. The building is well maintained by the nice facilities team, everyday, and the offices are nearly always open for any issues. Had great experiences with the manager Amy and also Kim, and Laurie when I first moved in. We had two cars, one in the garage and the other street parking. None had issues. Parking is always available in the surrounding streets/neighborhood. The dog park adjacent in the back by Clark was nice for our two dogs. The neighborhood has a lot of options for food and shopping, though not so much walking distance. But even walking distance you can get to some pretty good options. We had a couple of pets that affected our deposit, but overall it felt fair given the work they had to do, and also given the low deposit needed for entry into the lease. I'd recommend it for professionals or students. It was quiet, chill, no issues, drama, etc. The notices they place on the door are understandable for any things that violate certain rules. It's a company run complex, so you have to have those expectations. Cheers!

First off you're not getting the majority of your deposit back, no matter how you care for or clean upon move out. They will charge you to repaint the whole unit, take money off for cleaning and other things that simply don't make sense. My daughter and her friends lived here for one year and as parents we were on their lease. The leases are written terribly, and the times of move in and move out will be in the middle of months yet you will be paying the entire month. The leasing agent will explain that for example for 10 months the total is 50,000 and they just divide that to 5k a month for August 15-May 15. Be prepared. The maintenance people are so to respond and you will have to keep inquiring. Also at this unit they stored items in the basement so the maintenance people who enter just to get stuff that had nothing to do with the care of this specific unit. When you're thinking, I don't wanna move again maybe we should stay another year you will learn they are raising the rent so much that you must cut your losses and go. Trash pick up is inconsistent, and again they charged us upon move out for trash removal when we did not leave any: guessing other tenants did and they just charged everyone. I didn't have the energy to take them to small claims court. They are definitely lacking ethics, customer service or interest in protecting their tenants. Many items were stolen from outside the units while living here, keep your scooters and anything of value inside.
