Communication regarding events or work when arena would be closed was very poor forcing boarders to cancel lessons and training. A LOT of yelling between owners family making a stressful environment. Sprinkler system broken very little watering of arena and arena not regularly maintained. Atmosphere is not professional but cold and militant. If you are looking for a relaxing place to board your horse this is not it. If you're looking for a place where you can be rest assured your horse is the first priority and well taken care of don't come here
