Pretty nice place and really spread out to take kids. Our favorite is the petting area. Animals were in a fenced area to go into and pet. Goats, chickens, rabbits, and a pony ride for $5. They have the fatist little pig ! Don't forget the ducks or geese in the very back. Places to play or swing from a rope. Lots of picture areas! An old tractor and a cute swing were my favorites. Corn maze and hay ride. Multiple places to sit, eat and relax. This has the best ever pick for pumpkins to purchase. Wanted to buy a white one but have too many already. They have a place in middle to wash hands with old fashion wash tubs. A small gift, concession building but was too crowded for me to go into. Senior price is like 10.00 but you do get to pick a small pumpkin when leaving. I love my striped one! read more

We loved Parkhurst this year. I wasn't sure if I would, because I had only been here once, and that was kind of during off season, so I had a hard time picturing what all there was to do. We brought my kids, these mole children who never get to leave their home... just kidding. But we really don't take them many places right now. So they were THRILLED to see PEOPLE. Actual, human people! But they also loved pony rides, the snack shop, feeding a host of different animals, playing in the different play structures that were set up, and doing the maze. They enjoyed the sunshine, and the fresh air, and the wide open space to roam and have fun. I personally always look forward to fall, but what is fall really without activities like these? I'm thankful for people who make something like this possible; the event planner in me understands (or at least, has an inkling) of how much work goes into this type of extended destination. But, doing it during a pandemic has to take a whole different type of commitment and hard work. Thank you to the Parkhurst Pumpkin Patch people for giving us some normalcy and fun during the weirdest time. read more

This was one of the best pumpkin patches we've been to! The kids absolutely loved it and could've spent an entire day out there. Little piglets run around freely! They are so cute! You can purchase food to feed the animals and there are plenty of them! Donkey, Goetz, llama, pigs, turkey, peacocks and bunnies. Pack a lunch and plan on spending the day. It's a huge area for your kids to roam around on. Tire swings and fire pits and play areas. It has it all read more

Friendly and family owned, but not exactly paradise who find most children annoying at best. Twenty bucks for admission and a hayride seems expensive, yes, but the produce is really good and (I won't lie here -- not one iota!) the farm mascot dog was the highlight of my freakin' trip. (Seriously. But those who know me well know that -- see my Yelp nickname -- my dogs are in my will while my brothers are NOT.) Great dogs always make EVERYTHING better. The hay bales, the old rope swing, the corn maze . . . all the kinds of things I grew up with. Fun, albeit not my usual choice of entertainment for an evening. Support this place. They had hay rides,pony rides ($6),feed the animals ($1), rope and tire swings, huge corn maze, wooden castles for kids to play, hay to jump on, a little shop to get some home made jellies, and a pumpkin you could pick out to take home on your way out. But they are such good people they wouldn't sell me feed at the end of the day because they were sure the animals were full. There is plenty of land and it's spread out, so I never felt crowded. Not pretentious and is instead low-key. This is what I always dreamed a pumpkin path would be like. The ones I'm used to outside of big cities you pay for EVERYTHING. I felt like my neighbor had set up a fun play area in their back yard and charged a couple of bucks to have fun. This place is even more gorgeous at twilight, so bring your nice camera, dress the kids up in their fall best and take loads of pictures. read more

I LOVE this pumpkin patch. As do my kids and husband. It's not too far from Edmond, which is convenient. The folks that own the place are delightful and helpful. There is a good size petting zoo, which is free with admission. You can pet everything from goats, to a donkey, to a pig, and even more. My kids spend the majority of their time with the animals. There are also plenty of things for kids to climb and swing on. Tires swings, hammocks, super cool hay bale forts, you name it. For the adults, one of the most enjoyable things are the fire pits. There are many of them. You can relax by the fire in one of the many unique hand made chairs or benches. They even have hot dogs and smores for you to make. I have yet to be on a hay bale ride or a pony ride, but those are offered. Why not 5 stars? Because I have been trying to get a hold of their reservation contact to book a party for a week, and have received no response. This farm is fantastic, and I would love to host a birthday party there, but you can't book a party on site, and the contact is MIA. All in all, hit up this patch. You won't be disappointed, especially if you are bringing itty bitty wee ones. read more

We have been here a couple years in a row. This year was not as good as last year. Their outdoor port-o-potties were really disgusting this time around, so make sure to use the bathroom before you have to go or drag your toddler into one with you. They barely had any animals this year. No horses were available to ride or pet while we were there, however; every single one of us came home with poop stuck in our shoes from the donkey and the few goats we did actually see and pet. Not a fan of walking around with the farm animals in a small fenced off area as much as being able to view them and pet them thru a fence. Sometimes 4 and 5 year olds don't really know how to act around free roaming animals. Their rope swings are fun and the tree swings are great too. Plenty of pumpkins of all varieties to chose from and I did like seeing the actual area where the pumpkins were picked on the hayride. But... the hayride is not great.. it's just...meh. Darling Teepees and Castle Fort play areas for kids to climb in and out. Very beautiful place near Arcadia! Definitely not as crowded as Orr, and still a better choice than Chester's. read more

Super cute place, however, very pricey for adults. Lots of really cute set up, but not really anything for adults to do, more geared towards children. Was kind of a bummer to drive 30 min to the pumpkin farm, pay $20 for admission and 2 bags of animal feed for no animals to really be out, and nothing for us to do. Line for hay ride was over a 30 min wait, and there were campfires as advertised, but it wad only for private parties. Pretty disappointed. read more

This was our first time to visit this Patch and we were not disappointed...it was a perfect day for the entire family!! Playing with the goats, hayrides, Castle adventures, tractor sittin, duels in the Fort, rope swingin...some used one arm to plunge themselves to the other side, but this Nana held on tight with two hands...a long and a short maze kept us busy for quite a while. All of the munchkins had a blast scurrying from one source of entertainment to the next. A well-maintained farm with a family-friendly atmosphere!! My favorite was the pumpkin shop...soooo many of each variety to choose from and the prices were great. It was a warm day so a visit to the snack bar for refreshment was definitely necessary! All sorts of goodies were tucked away inside. We'd have gotten out of there a bit sooner but it took a while for everyone to pick out their free pumpkin/gourd! If you're new to the area there are a couple other stops you may not want to miss...just up the road on old Route 66 is the old historical round barn...and for sure you'll want to visit POPS!! I believe they have every soda ever know to man...try a little worm goo or bacon flavored if you're not interested in the usual varieties..I dare yuh ;) read more

Best pumpkin patch in the OKC area by far! They have a hayride, HUGE maze, petty zoo, pony rides, pumpkin painting, rope and tire swing, castle with ball games for the kids, hay barrels to play on. Picnik tables with fire pits to cook your own hotdogs, concession stand/store, hammocks and chairs and everyone gets to take a pumpkin home for free. This has to be the worst pumpkin patch I have been to yet. The hay ride involves you being pulled on a tractor in a big circle on a really dusty trail. You come out with dust all over you. The corn maze was the biggest joke. The entrance and exit was the exact same. You can't call it a maze if it just goes in a circle. The only thing that was good about the place was the swings they had. And just an FYI the big swing down by the corn maze is about to break. The rope is hanging on by one rope strand. You might want to look into that. We won't be waisting our time here again. read more

I first visited Parkhurst Pumpkin patch when a photographer brought my daughter here for our Christmas card photo shoot. I really loved the look of the place, the many activities available, and the coziness of the atmosphere. In my experience, everything the previous reviewer said is true except that just today my daughter had her birthday party here. I had absolutely no problem making the reservation. I received many compliments on my choice of venue for the party. The hayride winds along through a beautiful forest, the best hayride I've ever been on. My daughter and her guests also loved the pony rides. This is truly a very special place, magical. read more
