Super cute pumpkin patch! They have plenty of things for the kids to do you can catch goldfish, do a hay obstacle course, play house, bowling with pumpkins, they have TicTacToe you play with pumpkins, horse rides, petting zoo, and they have food trucks out there. My kids had so much fun and said they want to come back. They had good old-fashioned fun "simple fun" which is great in this modern world. I liked how the merry go round made the kids pedal to go around and give the kids exercise and burn some energy. There was a ice cream food truck there in a Mexican food truck there. Great place!

We loved this pumpkin patch. The face painter was amazing. She did a great paint job and was really patient with the little girls. The horse ride was really fun too. Again, the staff were great with the girls. We played putt putt and the gurus played in a large sand box. Our granddaughters are 2 and 4 and they loved it. I think kids who were much older would be bored. I wax hoping for a hayride. They didn't have them.

We loved The Patch! We went before Halloween and came back yesterday to visit Santa. We didn't have to wait in line to see him and Santa and the Mrs were both lovely. The employees are very friendly and with such an open safe space it's easy to let the kiddos run wild without worry.

The orchid I chose at TLC had a couple of areas on the leaves that looked like cotton. I took it back to the information desk and the women wiped off the white area and told me it would be fine. My husband purchased the orchid for me for $60.00. Unfortunately, the white chalky substance kept coming back. I googled the information and found out it had mealybugs. I followed the directions to clean the area with alcohol. After trying to remove it for two months without success, I took the plant back to TLC today to ask for help. Paul, the manager was at the front door and told me to go to the middle of the store to talk to the woman at the information desk. She determined the mealybugs were in the potting media which is why I could not eliminate them with alcohol. She said she could repot the orchid but there would be a cost. Obviously, the potting media was infected when the orchid was purchased two months ago. I was insulted when told I would have to pay for the repotting process. I spoke with the manager, Paul, and he told me house plants do not have any type of warranty. I learned a lesson today. I will not buy house plants from TLC! I will buy them at a business that carries a warranty for a third of the cost! Susan M Reply to Frank on July 18 Frank, I would appreciate a retraction on your response. The orchid WAS purchased at TLC on May 6! The above story is accurate except for the amount spent ($50 instead of $60). I had not looked up the receipt before coming by TLC yesterday. The reference number on the receipt is 32073802. The total amount spent that day was $122.70. I have 6 very healthy orchids purchased at different locations. The white pot left with the orchid must have been switched while watering. The orchid purchased from Whole Foods is healthy and doing well. Actually, over the years I have never had a problem with an orchid being affected with mealybugs except for the orchid purchased at TLC. One statement you made is correct. This is the first review I have made on YELP because I wanted to let others know that customer service is questionable at your business. I understand policy is policy on the return of houseplants. I was not upset until being told there would be a charge to repot the plant. It didn't make sense for me as the customer, to pay to correct a problem that I wasn't responsible for. It would have cost very little for your employee to offer to repot the plant for free.
