The issue is the manager…read more, this Karen mentioned that she had regulars come there all the time so when I come in buying food and items 3 days straight she has a issue with that. I had to wait on a ride who was taking longer then normal the 3rd day an I understand you don't want people just lounging in there but I've bought food, drinks , chargers just so my phone doesn't die to wait on my ride. Spending 20-50 dollars in there each day. Her boss needs to reevaluate her position an not pick and choose who can be a "regular". Highly disappointed because the staff was amazing but the Karen manager needs a self reflection of how to handle out of towners an not ask disrespectfully "do you have somewhere to be" which is a rhetorical question cuz obviously I do Karen I'm just waiting but giving you business while I wait. I'm apologize to the staff if I got any of them in trouble with her because the staffs customer service exceeds expectations maybe the manager needs to take notes from you guys instead of the other way around. Thank Parker's staff (not including the Karen manager). She wanted to choose violence that day well now it's documented.

Had to call for over an 1 hr to answer the phone. When they did; they said they would "NOT" go check to see if they had any. Disappointing to see such disgusting attitudes and I mean everytime we go there. Sad

I was advised by someone to call anotger pharmacy so they can get into connection & fax over my prescription to the new pharmacy. I did that immediately, only for them to never do that AT ALL. I waited on Friday..No fax was sent. My new pharmacist called Monday morning after the weekend had went by...No fax...He called Tuesday...No fax....Wednesday...No fax. It is now Thursday a week without my perscription!!!!!! After calling 3 times and speaking with what seemed to be the most incompetent person alive, it was faxed over at 3PM one week after it was suppose to be filled. Ridiculous

We ordered the Gurkensalat (cucumber salad), Rotkohl (red cabbage), Spätzle (German egg noodles), Klöße (German potato balls), and Sauerbraten (roast beef). Everything was delicious, and my German fiancée confirmed that the taste is very authentic. The price was good too - happy to come back. The only improvement opportunity I see would be to add a traditional vegetarian entree option, like Käsespätzle maybe.

By chance we were in the area and decided to swing by. From the time we stepped inside, Vivi made us feel welcome and made sure that we were well taken care of. There were three of us in our party and I immediately asked for the Jager Schnitzel with spatzle and the two ladies in my party asked for the Rouladen (which they just happened to have since it was a weekend) with spatzle and red cabbage. Every single bite was absolutely delicious! The flavors of each item were as authentic as I have had in the past. For dessert we had a slice of Black Forest Cake and a slice of Apple Strudel. Not a single bite was wasted of each dessert. If we are EVER in the area again, I have already been directed that we will be stopping by for another wonderful meal. Thank you Vivi for a wonderful meal and delightful conversation. You truly made our experience unforgettable.
