Cliche, but I would give 0 stars if I could. Actually negative stars. The black towing guy was very…read morerude and disrespectful when he rushed to put the lift thing on my car. He literally stopped putting a boot on another car he was in the middle of to put it on my car as I was delivering a grubhub order to a customer. I was literally LESS THAN A MINUTE. He told me that the "drop fee" was $75 so I agreed to pay it. He didn't take card or cash app, only cash, so I'm assuming it was for his pockets. But STILL I ran around looking for an atm, after he told me to go find one. I found one to get the cash and when I got back he, and my car, was gone. He came back to get the other car and just looked at me. Didn't tell me where my car was, how to get it back, price of getting it back, nothing. He face was so cold and disturbing, and I would absolutely hate to be in his shoes because Karma comes back around. All of this for some extra money...it's a little sick to me. I wish him all the best though.
