I went to the Parkers store (36?) near Home Depot. I was shocked the way the manager spoke to a female employe. I have seen her many times doing everything she can while being polite to us-customers. I know she must have been embarrassed ( I was) and it was DISRESPECTFUL. That lady is so nice however I'm NOT going back there. If you treat your employees that bad then I think he will treat customers bad. So sad for that lady. I hope Parker's reads this and can help her- no one should be abused at a job! read more

TIme for gas and this Parker's had the cheapest between here and Hilton Head Island. I chose them for no other reason, certainly not for the milkshakes. Parker's always has several pumps and their service is fast. They have whatever drink options you may want. Some gas stations do not have spring water which is weird to me, but Parkers seems to have everything. Their pricing always seems fair as well. I've ever come here and the pumps were down or had to wait a long time. read more

They have pretty decent prices and a nice clean store. However, sometimes you can find gas cheaper on the island than in Bluffton.

Always clean, and the cashiers are always friendly. Managers are the best, their funny and always willing to help people out. Parkers is the only place I buy fuel at unless I'm out of town. Thanks! read more

This place used to be really good, before they got rid of real milkshakes!! Not many gas stations have those and they are really good and I think they need to get them back! Also the cashier did terrible she messed up my order and I had to sit there for 5 minutes. Come on parkers whats the deal. Be very weary of this card that works just like writing a check. Parker's puts out what appears to be a very enticing savings package knowing very well it is just another way to make money. Parker's makes the discounted money back by fees if there is any issue with payment processing, which is at their convenience. Parker's knows there will be issues and can charge customers outrageous fees when they occur. This happened to me while running from a hurricane while having no sure way to track transactions. Nice commercials about helping hurricane victims, by the way. I got screwed by Parker's business practices, which is simply another way to rape the consumer. Well lit, clean, fast pumping, digital read on gas pump very clear-- state of the art!! Landscaping-- a few more years to maturity but overall a pleasant gas pumping experience. Didn't go inside so can't speak to interior decor or food items. read more

Check you out your lottery tickets before you leave it has happened to me twice, the last time was yesterday and I asked for 5 powerball tickets and the cashier put them on separate tickets which I thought was odd but I put them in my billfold and left the store. Then this morning I checked the drawing and found out all of my 5 tickets had the exact numbers. What are the odds of that happening, so I went back to the same Parker's station and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I spent $10 for 1 drawing where my other $8 go? read more

Our check engine light came on while we were on the way to meet friends for dinner, so we parked the car here and had friends pick us up. We didn't feel safe driving any further without checking the car out. The car was there for a few hours maximum. They towed our car and it cost us $240. The employees were very unhelpful and unsympathetic. They blamed the owner for having cameras and said they would get in trouble if they didn't have the car towed. I don't recommend this gas station even for a quick fill up. We thought our car would be safe parked in a well lit lot, and that the road would be safer until we diagnosed what triggered the check engine light. Instead, we had to deal with the aftermath of a greedy owner who apparently has a deal with the local tow company to snag any car left unattended for short periods of time. Additionally, as attorneys we understand the arguments of reasonableness and yes, there were signs (which we didn't notice until after the car was towed) placed stating their policy. However, small signs tucked under tree limbs by the entrance don't exactly put people on notice. As is common in most parking lots and streets with restrictions, the signs should have been clearly posted within eyesight/in front of the parking spaces themselves. read more
