BUYER BEWARE!!! The installers left the light cords laying in the mud, lost the I line transformer. I went up there for my customer to get the transformer so I could hook up his pool lights. The owner/staff, an older lady, started raising her voice and talking down to me. I told her she didn't need to speak to me that way and she became absolutely belligerent! I was yelled at like a dog in front of customers and a vendor. I left and explained things to the customer telling him he would have to handle things with them. But since he was an elderly blind individual I did go back and I APOLOGIZED, even though I did nothing wrong. She never offered a single kind word or apology. But she gave me the light with the transformer. I did what I had to to help my customer. Swallowed my pride and apologized to a lady who spoke to me like I was worth nothing. Never again. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. there are other pool companies right up 431. Save yourself the headache. I promise they only want your $. read more
