However, they ruined my husbands shirt. I'm so upset after I realized that his Hugo Boss shirt is completely ruined by All Cleaners. Lots of bleached spots (white an yellow, different shapes and sizes and even few holes!!) I'm so so disappointed and upset. I wish they gave us money back for the shirt they ruined! The same lady is at the cleaners every time I go in; she also enthusiastically greets me with "'Caaaaarmen"!! It's like walking in to see a long lost friend. My clothes are always perfectly pressed, hung, and bagged. They take the time to ensure that those pesky numbered tags aren't stapled to my actual clothes; rather, they make sure to staple it through a loop, hole, etc. This makes me happy -- what can I say? It's the little things. :-) Brian Village is the *only* place I trust to alter or hem my clothes, as well. She measures me in store and always does an amazing job on my hems.
