She was very nice and friendly. Offered me a tea, hanged my coat, and lead me to the seat. I Showed her the style I wanted and it came out pretty good. The only part I didn't like was they wash my hair prior to my cut instead of after. So I had to go home and washed it again because all the cut/loosen hair was in between.

I usually use Cathy more often, but whichever is available I'll take 'cause they both are so great. (they do have other hair stylists there and I've heard great things about them! But most people find me crazy to not stick to one hair stylist and that I bounce back and forth between the two!) So often I'll go in there and say "Let's go short, not too short!" and whoever is doing my hair knows exactly when to stop, how many layers to put in, and what to do with the bang/angle situation.
