Austin, Josh, and Alan have all contributed to making this community a better place to live. Their efforts, professionalism, and willingness to assist residents are appreciated. I would especially like to recognize Alan, whom I have known since his first day at the property. Throughout his time here, I have witnessed his growth, dedication, and development within the company. He has continued to learn, take on new responsibilities, and improve his skills. It has been great to see his progress and the effort he puts into his work so as the others!! Well done everyone!

Snow not plowed, asked for exterminator finally just bought my own traps after a month of silence from management. U can see daylight under the doors, neighbors leave trash at doors instead of going to dumpster but hey those are usually overflowing anyway. Tenants don't p/u after their dogs. I was lucky enough to live by the facility's appliance storage garage-overflowing with so many appliances they couldn't close garage door. During a windstorm a refrigerator actually blew into a car. Went for a whole summer with no screen even after repeated calls. Office seldom answers phone or returns calls. I would look elsewhere.

Well, where can I start ?? We are a California corporation…read morewhom decided about 3 years ago to start working towards a move into Carson City NV. It was then when we had the AMAZING luck to call the offices of Nevada Premier Properties and get in touch with Rob Joiner, one of their commercial team members. Who is Rob Joiner ? Rob is a caring and smart individual with great knowledge of the intricate process we have been involved on finding the perfect spot for us to relocate, he is one of those guys whom if you could you would INMEDIATELY hire for your team before anyone knows how good he is, and I'd like to add that we have 24 employees and over 28 years of business experience so when I say Rob is a good man I really mean it . What makes Rob a great asset to have on your side is that he knows the area extensively, the existing companies that are around and what do they do, he knows the people whom make things happen, he knows whom to ask those sometimes complicated questions that need honest and crucial answers, funny as it might sound, Rob is not afraid to tell you if a location you really like will not meet your needs in the long run, most importantly, he is NOT a money driven individual, his only drive is YOU, your success, the positive outcomes to for your company, for your family, and to make sure that at the end of the transaction ALL your needs have been met. Even when we needed help finding out about trash, electrical, water, handyman services, Rob had always either a solution or great guidance. Thus far we have done 3 different transactions with Nevada Premier, 2 business locations and 1 home, and in every one of these we were well guided, well protected, we felt never rushed, there were no surprises and we were always kept informed. Sharon, the owner at Nevada Premier Properties has assembled a great team, if you get a chance to meet her you will understand why her office works as well as it does, she is a great resource center, she is honest, fair, and her work ethic is very diligent, class act all around, I speak from repeated experience. I'm not familiar with other Real Estate companies in Carson, I'm sure there are many and also very good, but based on my personal experience with this one I would strongly suggest you don't waste much time hunting, from a commercial building to a house, on our experience working with these team will most likely go well for you.

I would not recommend Nevada Primer properties to manage your rental…read more properties The quality of service is lacking and they neglect serious issues beyond the point that is reasonable.

I went here Monday, April 1 2019 since their Yelp page had no pictures. FULL DISCLOUSRE: I have not…read morelived or stayed here. I only visited here today and interacted with the apartment manager. The first thing I noticed was there was tons of handicapped parking, as well as lots of vacant regular parking. My last apartment complex in California had none whatsoever for 110 units, although each unit had one assigned space in a carport. Here there was some visitor parking, but the rest of the area was marked as parking for tenants only. The next thing I noticed is that the entrance to the rental office in not on the main thoroughfare of East Long Street, but on Russell Way. When I found the office, there appeared to be a gender-neutral restroom across from it, I guess for the staff. There was also a playground behind it. The window was barred, which is kind of low class. I wonder if it is needed? I also saw one laundry room as I entered, though there are probably one or two more elsewhere. This was a large complex of two-story buildings, with apartments of 1, 2, and 3 bedrooms. Maybe 75 units? The office is open from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. I learned from my visit with the manager, who was very nice and professional, this is also a low-income property, where each tenant gets a project-based Housing Choice Voucher from HUD (informally called "Section 8"). Under this arrangement, each tenant pays 30% of his or her adjusted income for rent and allowed utilities. The unit size you qualify for depends on your family size. Families of 1 or 2 qualify for 1-bedroom apartment; families of 3 or 4 qualify for a 2-bedroom apartment, and families of 5 or 6 qualify for a 3-bedroom apartment. There are some exceptions. If you hold a tenant-based Housing Choice Voucher, you may not use this at this complex and most likely have to relinquish it if you want to move in here. There are currently vacancies. There seemed to be quite a few actually, judging from the lack of many cars here. I also noticed each apartment had one built-in air conditioner in the wall, similar to what hotels have (not central air). These are located either in the living room or bedroom, depending on the size of the unit. You are not allowed to bring your own window air conditioner for safety reasons, but can bring a portable one (which are much more expensive and less efficient). They also allow you to have only Charter/Spectrum as your cable and/or internet provider. A dish is not allowed, though this may be in violation of the Federal law according to Dish Network and DIRECTV, as you are allowed to install a dish in your apartment as long as you have a porch or balcony to install it on. The manager told me the tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. As I was leaving, I saw a sheriff's car come through the parking lot. I am not sure if he was on routine patrol or answering a call. I also saw some older, beat-up cars in this complex. I am going to give this complex three stars. I like the attitude and helpfulness of the manager, and that there were vacancies, and also lots of parking. But I do not like the restricting and perhaps unlawful policies regarding cable/internet and air conditioners. I was not here long enough to judge the tenants.

I have lived here for 2 in a half years and let me just say that you DON'T want to waste your time…read morecoming here. When I first moved in it was great. I'm a single mom with a son and it was great for the 2 of us and it was a great start for my son and I. But that didn't last long. There's a lot of crime here and police are here often for different apartments. In my unit 4 apartments had to be demolished and rebuilt because of mold and water damage. One floor was so bad they fell through into the apartment below them. Then the people below be are from overseas and the wife came back one summer and the next week I had bed bugs in my room and they were coming from the apartment below us. We have a noise ordinance from 10pm-7am but the people below me are up past midnight and management doesn't do anything about it. They are very dirty people and hang their laundry outside of their unit which your not allowed to do but guess what management doesn't care. The floors in my unit have many spots that feel like you could fall through. I've showed maintenance and management during one of their inspections and they didn't seem to give a shit. Every since they changed management companies this place has gone down hill FAST. They raised my rent and now in September they are raising it again and making it hard for me to save any money I make. It will now all go towards my $600 rent. This place just seems to be getting worse by the day and it doesn't look like it will be getting better anytime soon. If I could afford to move I would. Please do not waste your time here. Find something better for you and if you have a family. There is a lot of drama and fighting between other tenants. Not a good place to raise a family.

Yet they kept telling me it was going to be repaired and re-opened soon. The laundry rooms eeee ok, but they turn into a homeless hang out at times. They claim to have 24 hour security, seldom did they have security. They were constantly changing security companies and so I'm told not paying their bills so they switch companies or we go without security for months. They do not clear the snow or fix the crumbling grounds ,sidewalks , drive way areas, making it very dangerous to walk both day and night. It's not well lit and very dark and spooky at night. As I went in the office, there was a tenant who said she might have spotted the vehicle at the complex in the morning's Amber Alert. They told her to call the police. There were three employees in the office (a maintenance guy and two office workers), which was huge. They had a living room with sofa y chairs and a TV, and a small lounge area. I am not sure what this was for. Maybe a lounge for residents? There was also a workout room. They also had had a huge office room, with one or two individual offices off it. The employees were both very nice, and the temperature was comfortable, even though it was hot outside. As it turns out, they did not have one-bedroom apartments at all. They were all two- and three-bedrooms and were quite expensive for Carson City, starting at $1,300. This would be considered luxury living for this area. I was disappointed. Regarding their annual Easter Egg Hunt, at first I was told it was open to the public, as was reported by Carson Now (online only newspaper for Carson City). Then the other employee corrected the one I was speaking with, and said it was only for residents. I said it was advertised in the newspaper, for the public, so I was confused. I tried to find it on my cell phone to show her, but the other employee found it faster than I did. They had no idea why it appeared there. I told them I would cancel the event on Yelp when I got home, and they said they appreciated that. As I looked around the apartments, I saw a gender-neutral restroom by the locked laundry room. I also noticed a water fountain by the leasing office door, and some kids playing outside. There was a covered pool, very large basket ball courts on a sports court floor, a playground, and a group of centralized mailboxes. Parking seemed ample. I would have gotten more info on the apartments, but since that complex offered no one-bedrooms or studios, I was not interested. Still, it seems like a nice place, and I would not mind living here. When I did get home and tried to find the Easter Egg Hunt event listing on CarsonNow.org, it was gone. Apparently, someone from their office called them and had them remove it. I then canceled the event on Yelp. Thankfully, no one had responded yet they were going or interested.

The priority seems to be to get people out of the apartments so they can remodel and jack up the rent. So the maintenance guys spend their time on remodels. The trash is always overflowing. We lived there several years. They raise the rent every year. And you pay your own water, our water bill was never less than $70 for two people, it was over $80 when we left. Definitely not worth what they charge for rent. The apartments are not near as nice as the pictures show. Not near as nice as their model that they show you, not even close. The grounds aren't picked up. The lawn service comes with their blowers and blow everything around. They ran off the experienced maintenance man.
