The park is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and has stunning views of the lakes. The security measures to enter the park made me feel at ease during my visit. The staff were exceptionally friendly, especially April and the General Manager Debbie, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable. They were welcoming, and informative. The amenities are fantastic! Everything is top-notch. Whether you're looking to relax or recreation, there's' something for everyone. It's totally worth a visit. The front desk also answered my question promptly. Space rent is low compared to what Ive paid over 3 years. We moved in Oct. 2019 and only planned to live here a month, until we could find something longer term, that we thought we would enjoy more, but because the neighborhood - park is so comfortable, friendly, well managed and maintained, we decided to stay until our new home was ready for move in. Al at the property management company has been great to work with. He streamlined the whole move in - move out process. He always returned all calls and texts and addressed any questions we had. He also followed through with everything discussed. We appreciated his honesty, everything was as agreed on. The park has a wonderful onsite Manager that welcomes you, makes you instantly feel at home and is able to answer any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. The onsite groundskeeper also makes sure to check up on you and answer any questions you may have and help in any way he can. I wasn't familiar with rv hookups and he was always available and more than happy to help. This was our first time staying at a park and thanks to these good people, it was a very enjoyable experience! The community here is also very friendly and respectful of one another. This all makes for a really great place to call home! This property is impressively gated, has excellent views and is constantly being upgraded w beautiful drought friendly landscaping. Might come across petty little things, but feel that's anywhere you go. Safe feeling place to live. This park has ALWAYS made me feel safe. Even before we started having people out all hours of the night watching over the park rain, snow, or heat. Constantly updating the park. Even down to the quality of the streets. In the time I've lived here the streets have been repaved and improved well over a handful of times. With great management that has never changed over the last 20 years I've been here, huge pool, full basketball court, billiards room and an awesome playground for kids... can't imagine a better childhood/home to have been living in.
