Not sure of the story. You can find diverse shops. Clothing, shoes, jewelry, hair accessories, sports, novelty, and a food court. We enjoyed walking in and out of different shops. We had fun in a vintage store with cool books. The Hot Topic store was a hit with the kids. They loved the Anime shirts!! When we got hungry, the food court saved us!! Overall, it's a decent mall. It's not crowded. A great place to get your steps in and people watching or window shopping!! ;)

The arcade had machines down all over and mold in their claw machine, there are pictures/posters hung up around the mall with food and other nasty stuff on it, the smaller bathroom has 1 stall and is always dirty, the family restroom has a broken sink that hasn't been addressed, I could go on. Joplin needs a good cleanup all over.

Pretty standard strip mall in the South part of Joplin which contains a whole bunch of offices and insurance companies and things like that. I'm the only customer at the register. So the receipt checker sees me checking out and still wants my receipt and wants to look in my bag. I guarantee you if he would've put his hand in my bag to remove my item. I would've got a refund immediately. This was at the Ross store in Joplin Missouri. I personally will not be back to shop there.

A great garden center and a smart home center where you can design and order entire houses! We found plenty of friendly help who seemed engaged and ready to help if you needed it. It's a fun store to shop combining a great selection, competitive prices and several ways to get into the parking lot. Some people will be able to do all their shopping here with canned and dry goods, cleaning supplies, bathroom soaps and lotions, snacks, frozen foods and many upper Midwest canned goods like honey and jams. It's owned by a Scottish fellow and his wife, so they went with a really fun Scottish theme & tartan everywhere...although small, it's definitely a cheerier version of the standard antique mall with dreary stalls. Debra is incredibly friendly and welcoming! On my visit, I only found a few little treasures I couldn't leave without, but they are still in the early days and adding new vendors. Of course prices and items varied by stall, but the quality was great overall (so much neat stuff!) and prices seemed fair, especially on home furnishings. I will definitely add Tartan Traders to my rotation for secondhand shopping trips!
