Great cleaners! Very friendly and will work with you! Clothes are guaranteed by 5 pm next day when you drop them off! Never had a problem with missing or damaged clothes! Truly terrible all around. They have ruined every single one of my very expensive dress shirts. I brought one back to show the owner where they had burned holes in the sleeves. I have used this cleaner for a number of years. Since the location I was using closed, I now go to the Calder location. Recently I took 7 pieces to be cleaned. I didn't check them when picked up. A few days later when I got a top out to wear, none of them appeared to have been pressed. The backs were all wrinkled. When I took them back the lady at the counter was very rude. She finally agreed to re-do. When I dropped off there was a lady complaining about her clothes not be cleaned and the same lady that waited on me was very rude to her. My elderly mother brought in many items of clothing to be pressed (only). The items of clothing were counted, in front of her, by the person working the counter. She paid up front, $62.85. Upon picking up her clothes, she was told she had a balance of $28.54. Needless to say she was upset over this matter. She was told they would hold her check until the manager could get back to her. I dropped off my brand new Jason Witten jersey to these people. When I picked it up, the numbers and letters were bubbled up like they heated it or something. The employee I spoke with said he had one do the same thing and if I would show to Dan the owner, he would make it right. Well he didn't and hes only made it worse by attempting to say it was like that when I brought it in when he originally said it happened there. When he was unable to make me happy with his failed attempt at repair, he became very unprofessional and very threatening and angry.
