Park Ave was the preferred photo company for our Venue and after our wedding it should probably be the preferred photo company for every Venue in Long Island. First like many couples married in the past year we had to plan it and/or reschedule it through a pandemic and everyone we spoke to over the phone at Park Ave were still so thoughtful and caring as the wedding and event based businesses were taking a hit. Ment alot to how cool and calm they were able to remain as me and my wife were freaking out. I now must mention Brian, who was our photographer the day of the wedding. Me and my brothers arrived to the venue for photos and he was straight to business because he knew timing was pressed and was dedicated to getting us as much photos as possible. In the suites he knew the layout of our venue so well and where to get the best shots. He had all my brothers laughing and smiling because of his great sense of humor. At the church he continued to make sure we took as many photos as we could and what ever photos us(bride and groom) wanted he was willing to take and would not move on till we got the ones we were looking for. Back at the venue when our families were all there he was great at making sure me and my wife got away for some private photos where once again he knew the venue and best places to go. His timing was great we finished posed photos with 15 minutes to spare before the cocktail hour started. I recently got married on 5/28 at the Mansion at Timber Point. We had Benny as our photographer and John as our videographer - I can't say enough nice things about both of them! We put our trust in them since they knew the venue and had a vision... and I'm so glad we did! The pictures and video turned out AMAZING. They were both so easy to work with and super nice. We received a teaser gallery of photos about two weeks after the wedding, then our full album was ready about a month after our wedding. All the photos were downloadable right away so I could post to social media immediately which was a huge plus lol. We received the video about six weeks after the wedding and it was SO worth the wait. I am beyond happy with how it turned out, John captured all the good moments of the night. Everyone who works for Park Ave was so helpful and accommodating through the pandemic and also very pleasant to speak to. Park Ave Studio - Videographers Near Me - Sayville, New York

I used Park Ave for my September 21st wedding at the Three Village Inn. They are a preferred vendor with Lessings, and basic photo was included as part of the package we did with TVI. We added some photo upgrades as well as videography. I found the prices to be fair, and the process of booking, scheduling payments, etc... was super simple. Benny was our photographer, and Nelson was our videographer. They were both super nice and great to work with. I will say that a company like Park Ave is not for brides who want total control over the process. You don't get to choose your photographer or videographer, and you don't find out who you are assigned until a few days before the wedding. I was fine with this, but I know lots of people would be less than comfortable. We got about 950 photos back. A lot of them are super similar/doubles, which is to be expected to an extent. I do wish the photographer had taken us to more spots to shoot. A majority of our photos are in the ceremony space, which was beautiful, but it did make for repetitive scenery. We did get some really beautiful shots by the water and in the courtyard, but I had to ask the photographer to go out there mid-way through our reception. Overall the quality of the photos is good, and we have memories to look back on which is the most important thing. I'm looking forward to seeing our albums and video! read more

I used Park Ave Studio for my July 2019 wedding. They were part of a package from Lessings at Smithtown Landing. We picked this studio because my niece used them the year before and was happy with her photos. A few days before the wedding I spoke to a woman to confirm my date. I mentioned that I would like to make a list of specific photos that I wanted. She informed me that they really don't go off of a list and that the photographers know who to take pictures with. Just to make sure everyone who I wanted special pictures with was there before the ceremony. The photographer called the day before to touch base. I mentioned again about the list and he assured me not to worry, that he'll get everyone that I wanted and if I really wanted to make sure I should text him so he could write it down. Which I did. Also we wanted him at a specific time which he couldn't accommodate since he was working and couldn't leave his job early. Mike, our photographer was an extremely nice guy but so many things fell on deaf ears. I had stressed that I didn't want to be anywhere in sight when guests started to arrive. The only moment that I turned into a bridezilla was when that happened. We also stressed that we wanted to be at our cocktail hour. As Mike was taking pictures I kept saying that we're running out of time but I felt he just ignored me. When we received our proofs I realized that the specific pictures I wanted were not taken. Had I had a list I would have been more aware but I put my trust in the photographer. We had a ringer bearer who is hardly in any of our pictures. I had to tell him to bring him in some. Every time I look at our proofs I get more disappointed. He had my son who's 26 and husband pose in awkward positions that when family sees the proofs they even laugh and ask what was the photographer thinking. Again Mike was a very nice guy. If you're thinking of using this studio and want certain things make sure you write it down. read more

We originally booked Park Ave through our wedding package and we should never have given them a dime. At our initial meeting the person we met with was very pushy and seemed to be in a foul mood. Granted it was 6 PM, maybe he had a long day. But he made comments throughout the meeting that were very unprofessional about us being young to get married and that if we didn't sign that day he couldn't guarantee they would be available for our wedding (this was way before the pandemic and they were part of our package so they had to guarantee us a spot). After hearing that we felt pressured to sign and give a deposit. Then as we were walking out the door he says "wait do you have a videographer" I explained that we did and he proceeded to tell us that we needed to warn our videographer to stay out of his way and that he would block their shot to get his if he had to. This stuck with me for a while and made me very anxious about having to worry about them arguing on our day. After that comment and seeing their work on Instagram which looks like anyone on an iPhone could've taken, we decided to back out of our contract and go elsewhere. read more

We just got married on a Thursday April 14th 2022 (the day before our 10 year anniversary) at The Vineyards at Aquebogue! Our photographer was Brian and videographer was Alan. We can not say enough good things about them as they were THE BEST PEOPLE!! We could tell they really love what they do and care about making you happy and feel great! Leading up to our wedding they were in contact with us about specific details, explaining the whole day, photo/video process, and more. They went over family dynamics and made things go very smoothly and not uncomfortable at all! They really know what they are doing! During the day they showed us some pictures and videos they were taking and said so many kind things to us and had us laughing a lot! Park Ave was wonderful to work with for our wedding day. We were planning from out of state and they were very organized with follow-ups to confirm appointments, helping us feel at ease and making it a pleasant planning experience. The photographers and videographer for our wedding day were seasoned professionals who made us feel comfortable. My only constructive criticism is I would have wanted a little more attention to detail in terms of how certain photos were taken. For instance, my husband's groomsmen and parent photos were taken in front of an ugly brick wall. It would have been nice if those were taken in front of a more pleasant backdrop but not the end of the world. Just a little feedback from a pretty easygoing, reasonable couple. We heard about Park Ave Studio at an expo held at our wedding venue, The Vineyards. We were impressed after looking through their albums and set up an appointment. We were warmly greeted and the owner Brian was welcoming and kind, he even showed our children his drone. We never felt pushed into buying a larger package and they even substituted items for us. Brian and Johnny were our photographers and Alan was our videographer. They were all wonderful. They listened to what we wanted and took our cues when we needed a break. Worst photographer ever. He didn't know what he was doing. Didn't take pictures of my beautiful table arrangements. Didn't take pictures of our guests at the tables. He needed to be directed what to do for most pictures. Out of 700 photos, only about 30 were decent. Took weird pictures too, including my bridesmaids' feet and the groomsmens' hands. Very odd guy. I think his name was Tom. Seemed totally inexperienced. Park Avenue Studio was part of a package deal with Coindre Hall. Even the photos we chose for our albums seem fuzzy and of poor quality. My wife and I got married last July. As many of you probably know already, wedding planning is stressful. We had a city wedding where we had to hire outside vendors for pretty much everything! With this came much anxiety and headaches from pretty much all our vendors, except when it came to our Photography and Video. Park Ave Studios not only did amazing work but also were so helpful throughout the whole process. Being a LGBT wedding we often found vendors not too eager to help. Park Ave Studios was not only kind and helpful but genuinely happy for us! My sister got married 2 years prior and used Park Ave. Our family was so pleased with Brain and his team that we knew he would be perfect for our NYC wedding. When we first called to book Brian, he not only remembered our family but was exchanging memories about my sister's wedding. This greatly impressed us and we knew we had made the right choice. Brian takes the time to make each couple feel special and important. He does 100s of events a year and remembered our family! Their prices were very reasonable and offer so many great add-ons, such as the Drone. Our guests were so impressed seeing this little Drone flying around throughout our ceremony. The shots the drone got of the city skyline and bridge are priceless and really added that special something to our video. Their team really catered to our wants and needs and kept in contact with us throughout the entire planning process. The day of we could not have been more pleased. Not only did the entire team arrive early but they began shooting right away. Brain came in with a smile on his face and had everyone laughing from the first minute. We had a lot of friends/family in the wedding party that aren't the most comfortable with a camera in their faces, but all of them shared how great the experience was. We were nervous how our big day would transfer to film/video considering the bride is usually the center of the day and we had TWO, but, they really did a great job capturing our love and made us both feel like princesses. I have been in many weddings over the last few years but Park Ave Studios team has such a great eye for photography and are truly the most talented company I have ever come across when it comes down to it. I remember at one point in the day we were walking from the hotel to the venue and suddenly I hear Brain say, "LADIES STOP!" and he just started taking NYC street shots that really were one of a kind. Their professionalism, skill, kindness, and positive attitudes were such added bonus to the great quality photos/video we received. Worst wedding day photographer ever. My cousin got married and the photographer who came was David I believe. He acted as if he never did a wedding before and it was his first day taking pictures. First, he came to the house at 3 knowing we had the limo coming at 330. Didn't even want to come earlier to take pictures of my cousin while she was getting ready. Next, he was yelling at all of us to put our phones away as if we were distracting him while he was taking his 5 pictures that he took. He yelled at us as if we were little children. Next, I felt he was being inappropriate by calling my cousins daughter who is 6 hot stuff. I did not like that at all. My cousin requested certain pictures, like ones with just her and her mother.. you know normal things brides ask for, did she get those shots? NO. the groom also requested pictures of himself and his groomsmen, and pictures with his mother. Again, those shots were not taken at all. He did not make any of us feel comfortable and we had to keep telling him to not be so rude and to have a little compassion. He was very unprofessional and I do not know how smith town landing uses this company as a preferred photographer. At the end of the night he had the nerve to ask without really asking for a tip from the bride. A girl always dreams of her wedding day and now my cousin has to have her pictures ruined and memories of a nasty photographer of her special day. read more

In full honesty, the team I was with on my wedding day Alan, Benny, and John are my favorite human beings on the planet now! Especially Alan who I had the privilege of hanging with all wedding day!!!
