I was told I would have to wait in two lines, even thou the young lady at the counter to order me new ones was not waiting on anyone. She had me wait in line to return them with a cashier, only to call out to the cashier I can return those and order the new ones. After she had me wait for 20 minutes to get to the cashier. As I was walking out I saw a gentlemen and asked him if he was the manager and he said yes. I brought these matters to his attention and as he was walking away he said ok I will take care of the matters with no concern. NEVER AGAIN

I wasn't sure cycling was for me, it turned out to be one of the best things I have ever done for…read moreexercise. Great for knees, ankles, and back. That aside. Giant makes a mediocre bike for a good price. Not great but good enough. The service here at this location almost matches the product. I took the bike back 2 times for shift adjustments, both times the chain measured as expanded, both times no new chain. Both times they did not offer a new chain under the 1 year warranty nor was one offered for any price. The only reason I let it go the first time was to see if they would do it the next time. The second time they made adjustments I just took it elsewhere and gladly paid for what was needed. Bonus: The bike I bought was 1 size too big for me. And I'm 6'2". I assume they had a messed up order and they needed to get a silly sized bike out the door. Enter my inexperienced self to take it at full price. In retrospect I believe the little sales guy positioned the seat on the other properly sized bike incorrectly enough to lean me in the wrong direction. I am sure of it. Why would he put me on one too big at first then the other right sized one after if he wasn't pulling a ruse? Anyway Every trip back to that store revealed more disingenuousness in the little sales guy and the owner. The owner is rude and lacks people skills. High note the most satisfying purchase there was the strap on rear light from a box on the counter. (It's not a front light) Next year I'm fixing this with a bike from specialized most likely. The only half interested in helping people person there was the mechanic in the back, he should be selling stuff not the other guy. I mean it was a little short sighted on his part to do that. I figured it out a month latter and confirmed it at other shops. I have money and a family of kids who need bicycles. Whoops!
