Great selection of bulk spices at great prices. Staff was friendly and ready to help both times I've gone.

I didn't realize that parking would be such a hassle but I'm assuming this is only temporary since they're repaving the lot . It's in a really busy strip mall! Getting in and out is such a hassle. The store is actually not too busy once you're inside. Staff here is absolutely friendly! I do think that the store is very dimly lit for some reason compared to other fresh thyme Market stores. The dining area is also very small as well as the organization inside too. Stafford is actually very friendly and accommodating. They had a great deals and even a promotional sweepstakes going on too. Overall, I saw this location as average at most

They have a good variety or already marinated meats at a reasonable price that are fun to try. They also carry a pretty good line of heal they refrigerated meals, Kevin's. They honestly feel comparable to like a Factor meal situation. Their snacks are generally "better for you" with better ingredients and their bagger salad options are vast. I also appreciate that they have a large variety of kombuchas. Things can get a little pricey here, but I guess you're paying for quality.

I was in the area so I stopped in really quickly. This is probably the CLEANEST Giant Eagle I've…read moreever encountered; granted, I did visit early in the morning (7:45am). I had to write a review because the store was just so organized. Nothing was scattered around and everything seemed to be in its place. Service was good. I asked a store employee where the muffins were located and she directed me. I ended up not buying muffins though because I couldn't find any fresh ones. I bought 2 bananas, buttery crackers, and gum. I don't do grocery shop at Giant Eagle anymore because it is actually an expensive store but it isn't too expensive like Whole Foods. I prefer Aldi's or Lucky's Market (although Lucky's can get expensive....haha). When I do come to Giant Eagle, I like to buy snacks because those prices aren't as expensive compared to snacks at a local CVS store. Morning grocery shoppers aren't popular but a store may still get busy. This location only had one woman working at the counter when I arrived so I used the self checkout lane. A very small line was starting to form at the actual checkout lane so this location may need to hire an additional staff member. I walked down the bakery section and I also noticed just one person behind the counter. Of course, by lunch time, I'm sure more staff members will arrive to work. Overall, I had a good experience here so if you need a few items, I recommend coming here. It is located on a busy street (Mayfield Road) but the store has a parking lot. **** - 90 total reviews in 2019 - 299 total Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 19 July 2019

Very unprofessional and disappointing experience…read more I came to the Mayfield Heights Giant Eagle (6259 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124) to pick up prescription medication for my mom and decided to do some grocery shopping as well. At the self-checkout, I needed help paying for a single item without a barcode. I had to press the assistance button multiple times before anyone responded. When someone who identified himself as a manager finally came, he was extremely rude and condescending instead of helpful. His appearance was sloppy, and his attitude made me feel belittled rather than assisted. This level of customer service was shocking. I then went to customer service to speak with the store manager, but despite waiting and repeated calls, no manager ever came. I usually shop at Heinen's or Costco, where professionalism and customer care are clearly a priority. This experience was unacceptable, and I will think twice before returning to Giant Eagle.

ALDI is my favorite shopping experience during the winter time. Reason being that aisles overflow…read morewith European and local Christmas goodies - mulled wine, egg nog, holiday gifts and PJs, and festive sweets. It's really nostalgic for me to see all the festive cookies and sweets since I grew up in Europe. Stories aside, this is not my usual ALDI destination (other Mayfield location is), but it is now after my first visit. I found this store to be very well stocked, carrying amazing assortments, and clean. AMBIANCE: The store is your standard AlDI experience. Same layout as elsewhere. This store is very clean and well organized. It's a great pleasure to browse. INVENTORY: I was very pleased with the inventory at this ALDI. Prices have the same great value as at other locations. The seasonal inventory is amazing - mulled wine, baking brie with cranberries, gingerbread coffee, nogs, ice wine, and so on. It's a perfect one-stop destination to get everything for your festive table. Aside from seasonal inventory, I found a few things that I can't find at other ALDI stores. For instance, holiday macarons were available! I most loved the gingerbread ones, and deeply regret not getting a second package. The store has BOOKS! I haven't seen books at other AlDI locations. You'll find books by Freida McFadden here for $9.99. I'm bookish girl, and was a huge fan of these finds! Most were sold out already but it's something to get super excited about! SERVICE: The service at this AlDI is so-so. I had a few questions about finding a few items, and they were pleasantly answered by the staff. The checkout was rather hurried, I wasn't even able to use my cart. My products were just abruptly thrown into my totes. I did not appreciate this level of service. I'd rather manage packing on my own. PARKING: There is a large parking lot by this store. The parking lot is a bit dim lit during the night which makes it look sketchy. ALDI sign is also dim. It's unusual for big plazas such as this one. Also, watch for patches of ice in the winter, it's not so well cleaned. Despite minor negative parts of the shopping experience, I plan to frequent this store. I'll be back this week to replenish macarons and buy cookies for a party I'm attending. If you have last minute holiday needs be sure to stop by!

During my keto days, I used to go to the Beachwood WL all the time to eat some bone in wings when…read morethey were discounted on Mondays. I haven't been back to any WL location in about 3 years since my diet ended however. Well, my bf was in town and we both have never had a clambake dinner so we decided on the Mayfield Heights WL for dinner the Friday he came into town in Oct 2025. It would be my first time having non-keto food at Winking Lizard in a long time. Unsurprisingly, this place was PACKED on a Friday night, thanks to having clam bakes each weekend for the next few weeks. Because they don't take reservations, we waited over an hour for a 2 person table. Fortunately, we could munch on freshly popped popcorn while we waited. I could tell the staff was exasperated by how busy it was. Finally, we were seated but since we got filled up on free popcorn, we decided to share a bbq chicken clambake meal ($26) and then add on one $14 lobster tail to share. We also each got one cocktail- me, a yummy orange fanta dreamsicle boozy delight and him, a fruity mule. Our meal came with a dozen clams, which I did NOT like. So I ate 3 and my bf ate the other 9. Fortunately, the bbq chicken was tender and the sweet potato and cinnamon butter was hot and so so good. The corn, clam chowder, and garlic bread were wolfed down by us as well so we must have enjoyed them. The lobster was a skinny little thing and did not have enough meat to justify being $14. Overall, the food and the terrible wait were a 3.5. They should implement online reservations. My drink was a 5++, and the vibes are a 4. I am glad my bf got to try out this local neighborhood chain but I dont feel like we need to come back for a clam bake ever again. Maybe we will try their tasty looking pizzas next time! And come on a weeknight haha.

The salad is $7 and had next to no dressing on it. Not to mention no cheese! Just lettuce and micro-croutons only. The server asked if I wanted my salad before our dinner came. I said yes. Well, it came but we waited another 10 minutes for silverware. The silverware came and just minutes later our dinners came. I took two bites of the 'salad' before pushing it aside. It wasn't worth the effort. Cross this one off your list.
