It was a very calm and relaxing experience and was a must-have for my wedding, and it really paid off doing it. The reason this is only getting 3 stars is because of my second facial. So I'm just a bit annoyed about it and I don't think I'll come back due to that since I was never told I was gonna be given these extras nor did the lady doing my facial ask me if I would want them done/why she would recommend them. They just did it and charged me.

Some of the other spas made me feel belittled, and others made me concerned with the cleanliness, thank goodness neither were the case with Concierge Aesthetics. I see Susie regularly, but I've had interactions with the entire staff and they are all lovely. Susie is one of a kind, she takes time to listen and understand, while also sharing her expertise and recommendations. I've never had a problem that she hasn't been able to help with. I've seen her for years and she is consistent, I know I'm going to get exactly what I need. I've had lasers, Botox, fillers (all while on a limited budget), you name it, she has put the work in with me. I personally like to err on the side of natural with very minor tweaks, and her work in that regard is impeccable. Most recently she recommended a series of Coolpeel treatments and I cannot believe how different my skin looks. I had never even heard of this laser, but now I'm obsessed.
