Our family purchased a dog from this farm in 2023 and he had worms. This stunted his growth and he likely would've died if we hadn't stepped in. After curing his worms, he had an undiagnosable cough that lingered for months. PETA stepped in last year to urge the Grundy county attorney to take action and unfortunately they haven't. After a couple of weeks of having him, he only got worse. So we took him to the vet since the breeder never replied to any of our messages even though they guarantee 3 years of a healthy cat. Fast forward through multiple vet visits and multiple treatments and hundreds of dollars spent to try to get him better, we find out he has herpes. We went as far as getting him pet insurance after we adopted him to try and save us some money in the long run, but we just got a letter in the mail that the company we have been paying will not cover it because it is a "preexisting condition" This lady is breeding sick cats and selling them to unknowing people who want a cute kitten. Shame on this business and they need to be shut down. Lady, if you see this, respond to my messages or there will be a lawsuit headed your way. Even take a look at one of the kittens on her website! Sick as can be, drooling, and crusted snot all around the nose. Do not buy from this lady you will regret it.

I bought a ragdoll kitten in October. Kitten arrived sneezing. I notified Kari the next morning…read more She assured me it was just environmental adjustment to new home. Kitten then started ocular discharge, crusty runny nose, etc. Took kitten to vet and did mucus swab. Mucus's are swab showed FHV (feline herpes virus) and mycoplasma bacteria. FHV is a virus for life - no cure. This kitten got both my cats sick. When I informed Kari, she immediately drove and picked him up and issued full refund. However, my two cats are very sick with FHV and I've spent $1000 trying to treat their symptoms. It has now been approximately 3 months and they are still suffering. Below are notes from specialist vet an hour away, the day we did the mucus sample: URI - tentative Feline Herpes Virus P presented for worsening upper respiratory signs. P has been sneezing more since last visit (10/30) and now has continued yellow nasal discharge. Nasal crust was also noted by previous veterinarian (prior to O obtaining P). P currently has ocular discharge. The housemate, Muffin, has begun to develop signs of ocular disease, too. O mentioned that Muffin has started sneezing and has ocular discharge that started within the last couple of days. P BAR on exam. P had bilateral, yellow, mucoid nasal discharge. P sneezing in exam room. No oral lesions were noted. Halitosis was noted by technician. O consented to sending out an upper respiratory panel to be sent to lab. swabs were obtained and sent, will call O with results. Offered antibiotics, O elected to wait until panel results came back as P is acting/eating fine. Posting this review out of principal - I hope no one else endures what we did!
