They recently opened and I had my first appointment yesterday. It's a huge, beautiful, sparkling clean establishment with a huge row of pedicure lounge chairs and nail stations. There are also hair stations for the future and private rooms for things like eyelash extensions and waxing. Similar to Southern Swings, they offer you bevvies (they have a little bar set-up, which is so cute) and a little cup of nuts. I love the nice touches! Facts: I had the best pedicure in years here! As in, super thorough and they even do callus removal and hot towel wrap as part of the most basic option ("Refresh"). I don't love getting pedicures (my issue), but this was so relaxing and my feet feel like buttah. I needed new claws and had Halloween on the brain, so I showed a photo of candy corn nails, super pointed and long(ish). I'm in love with my nails and can't stop looking at them. They have a 10% special now, but even without that, the price is so reasonable, a rarity these days. Nicki, the owner, gave me my mani/pedi and she is just lovely. I couldn't be happier with this new salon and I'm so thankful they are now in the neighborhood. I can't wait to go back!

I was able to schedule an appointment the day before and I was immediately greeted upon entering. The technicians and manager were all so nice and friendly, taking a genuine interest in what I wanted and my plans for the weekend. They have so many nail polishes to choose from - you can find your polish either by looking at the basket in the waiting area or just beyond at the two walls they have. The waiting area is nice and clean, though I was able to be sat right away. Since I got a mani/pedi I was in the big massage chairs. They worked well, were very comfortable, and the water/jets were a nice warm temperature. I also saw them cleaning all the bowls before they opened which leads me to the highlight of my experience: I'm an epidemiologist and I noticed that these women take infection control very seriously. I saw them wiping every surface down as the store was opening, each step of my service was followed by a spritz of what I believe to be alcohol, and they would also spray their tools immediately after they finished a task so that it would be clean if they had to go back! While it stung at times, it was so greatly appreciated because that is a level of cleanliness that I have never seen before! My mani/pedi itself was incredible, I wanted a deep red regular polish but Lillian convinced me that gel would be better for my wedding this weekend. They didn't have the exact color so we found a similar color (based on the bottle) that didn't end up being the same when on the nail. Lillian noticed before I did and went to find a more appropriately matching color. I really appreciated that because it showed she cared about my intended look. Cam did my pedicure and it was the most thorough pedicure that I've ever had! She had incredible attention to detail and my toes look so adorable! I got the special pedicure which came with a massage, callus removal, and lotion/oil, all of which were lovely. I truly cannot say enough good things about this nail salon. Annie, the manager, told me that they're undergoing renovations to upscale the place and it already looks so amazing! Please if you are looking for a spot to relax, get an amazing manicure/pedicure, you have to come to Lilly's!

When I refused--because I don't think it's my responsibility to replace something she damaged--she refused to refund my deposit, claiming I "canceled the appointment." Seriously? I'm left with no closure, mismatched hair, and the expectation that I should run around fixing her mistake. Unprofessional and unacceptable. Would not recommend. Text received: Hey So I just tried to bleach your closure, and the hair started coming out in patches. I'm not sure why because the hair barely lifted and some of the knots were still dark... Would you be able to get another one before your appointment or maybe get it and be here for 9:30 instead? Let me know, and I'll reimburse you if need be, but they should give you a free replacement because it can't take bleaching, and it's supposed to. I see the problem. It was already processed with black dye, which caused overprocessing. Bundles are naturally dark brown. Never black. I can reimburse you for the closure since I put the bleach on it, but the deposit is nonrefundable as the appointment isn't being canceled by me. I have a picture of you putting foil while bleaching and using 40 vol developer and that causes damages. Very unprofessional. Updated. 1) Licensed professional do test in hair before processing. 2)).
