It's a MUST DO while you're in Paris!! It was our family first trip to Paris. Xavier was very accommodating to all of our requests, even the last minute booking!! Francois was our tour guide. He was wonderful! He showed us a GRAND time around Paris. We only had 3 days in Paris and the scooter tour gave us a taste of all the beautiful landmarks. We love Francois so much we decided to tour the next 2 days with him by foot. He was able to take us to all the places we wanted to go to and more!! He took us to the best ice cream place in Paris! You can bank on that. He was very knowledgeable, kind and patience. He has great photography skill so you're guaranteed to have great photos in Paris. He's also a foodie so he'll show you all the best places to eat in Paris, like a local. He saved us so much time and trouble. You will not regret your time with him. My husband decided to book the tour to Versailles. At first I was very hesitant thinking that it would be too dangerous. However, I am glad he went ahead and booked the tour. My girlfriend and I did the scooter tour today. Lucas was our guide and we had a great day. Tons of fun, we got to see so many different things, I think it's the best way to see Paris as you can cover so much ground so quickly and parking is super easy. We stopped a couple of times for coffee, had some lunch, all in all a solid days entertainment. Special thanks to Lucas, super nice, informative and really funny. We booked a last minute Vespa Tour of Versailles and could not have been more pleased with our adventure. From our first encounter with Milan, we knew we were in good hands and that it would be a memorable tour. Milan showed us parts on Paris and outer areas we would have never considered exploring. Outside of showing us the major Versailles attractions and explaining their significance, he helped us with photography and even provided a few tips to improve our struggling French. We learned more about France over a long lunch with Milan than through our travel guide. Exploring and discovering is more than reading facts. Getting the heartbeat of a place has a much larger impact on travelers and Milan and Paris by Scooter does this well. This is a must do while in Paris. My boyfriend and I decided to visit Paris last minute on our European vacation and didn't know the best way to see the city.... That's when we stumbled upon the other TripAdvisor reviews of the "Paris by Scooter" attraction... And we were not disappointed!!! Our tour guide, Milan, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable about Paris and, outside of your typical tour guide, was able to offer really interesting information that we otherwise wouldn't have been able to receive! This tour was able to show us every major landmark in Paris and even some of the "not-so-famous" attractions as well. I will admit, I was hesitant to ride through the Parisian traffic, especially around L'Arc de Triomphe, but he was such a good driver/guide (as was my boyfriend) that my anxiety quickly faded away! This is a safe, fun, and once-in-a-lifetime experience that I would recommend to anyone traveling around Paris. Also, the service was extremely convenient - they offered to drop the scooters off right at our hotel room (we opted to meet them at their shop for our own poor planning, which is also an option)! They are SO accommodating. Keep in mind it does cost you a good chunk of change, but to us, it was worth every penny. If we go back, we would 110% take the longer tour into Versailles and even rent the scooter for another day of travel on our own. If you get nothing out of this review, let it be this, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED SEEING PARIS BY VESPA! read more

A scooter is by far the best way to get around Paris unless you have a personal chauffeur. You can park basically anywhere, stop at any site and it's great on gas; we didn't even use a full tank of gas over 2 days and we drove for hours each day. I also want to write a special THANK YOU to Xavier - He was extremely helpful and punctual. He gave me crash course on how to ride the scooter and took the time to answer all my annoying questions - we highly recommend dealing with him. He also programmed our GPS with a number of the popular sites which was extremely helpful. If you ever get a chance to visit Paris, rent a scooter for one day. I had such a blast riding a Vespa through Paris! I rented one for 24 hours and probably put 200 miles on that baby.... So much fun. Milan brought the bike right to my hotel and picked it up the next morning. Couldn't have been easier, and I got to see Paris the way Parisians do. read more

Do it, book a guided tour!! It is the best way to see Paris. It is not dangerous as some would suggest. The scooters are in good shape and following a guide is easy. My wife and I had a great time thanks to our guide Milan. I have nothing bad to say about the experience and I would book it again if I had the chance. The company delivered our scooter to the place where we were staying and made the day very easy. I highly recommend the experience and it is well worth the cost. It was our favorite experience on a short stay in Paris. It is obviously helpful if you are comfortable riding a motorcycle or scooter and have experience driving in an urban environment. It is not a requirement but if you have any experience you will feel comfortable on the scooter. Its also a great way to see the city and pick out the locations where you want to spend more time. read more

Rent these scooters for a good time! As someone who loves biking around new cities this took it to the next level. My father and I met with Milan on short notice and he had 2 scooters ready for us. He was prepared with rain gear just in case it rained and made us feel very comfortable about renting from this company. Also, it looks like you can take a guided tour with Milan or you can ride around on your own like we decided on. I only have good things to say about this company and their scooters! They were nice, new Vespas that had some punch to them. Don't worry about the Paris traffic, just follow the flow and obey the signs! We had no problems navigating the streets safely. read more

Great company. I rented a Vespa 50 for a week. They bring it right to where you are staying and pick it up when you are finished. The scooter was a great little Vespa in very good condition. I put 200 miles on it in 5 days and saw every arrondissement. My wife and I went to areas that I are well off the beaten path and this is only possible with a scooter. Highly recommended. If you are even considering doing this - DO IT. It was absolutely fantastic. Sounds like an overstatement, but one of the most fun days of my life. My husband and I rented a scooter each and were taken around Paris by Milan. We said we wanted the 'non touristy Paris', so saw all the nooks and crannies you would never be able to find yourself. And MAN is it fun zipping around on that thing. It is absolutely exhilarating. Milan was a fantastic guide - super nice, friendly. Be prepared for some navigating of traffic, but its also the best feeling in the world. read more

a must do when you go to paris. the ownder was a very nice and knowledgable frenchman who even took us into his home for coffee and tea. we went all the way around paris and took in the sights and sounds of neighborhoods we would have surely missed in the cold dark subways. i hate the metro but shy away from the high costs of taking taxis everywhere. this is the best way to get around and the most fun. we even went all the way to the palace @ versailles. read more
