Nikki was fantastic! The 45 minute facial came with a consultation to discuss any skin issues and face-mapping, detecting problem areas. She was welcoming, professional and really knew her stuff. I love that I can just go along and have a chat and not feel like I'm in the way like you do at some salons. The owner, Vilma is lovely and she is a fantastic colourist and stylist. I love my hair every time. It's a really natural shiny blonde (if I do say so myself!). She even made the blonde to brown thing work without the awful murky in-between stage which is pretty impressive! I also get my nails done with TLC Nails and Beauty in the upstairs salon which is great. I never thought my nails could look nice until I went there. Anyway, I can't recommend this place enough, so if you're sick of paying for overpriced chain salons like Headmasters give Shine a try.
