I was referred to Parfait Wallpaper Services by my sister who raved about the excellent job they did at her home. I contacted them and discussed my wallpapering project with Yamil. He was very knowledgeable and was especially impressed with his professionalism and good customer service. He requested that I text him the area dimensions, photo of the wall texture, number of rolls purchased and a link to the wallpaper specifications that I had purchased for the job. Yamil provided me with a detailed estimate the next day. Although he was not the lowest estimate, he offered a 10% senior discount and was well worth the money. Because I prefer wallpaper over painted walls, I have had lots of experience with several different wallpaper companies over the years. Some were good, some were a nightmare. Wallpapering is an art and there are very few businesses that can really do a perfect hang. What I learned from experience was that buying wallpaper was expensive and my money would be wasted if not hung perfectly. This project involved ten foot vaulted ceilings with a complicated pattern that had to be pieced together perfectly to look right. Yamil and his crew of two others worked together as a team. They moved my furniture, took down my pictures, painting and tapestry, hung the paper and even rehung everything in the exact location it was before. They vacuumed and cleaned up the mess afterwards. I contacted Parfait because another wallpaper business messed up! They installed a very high-end wallpaper in our bathroom and the next morning there were bubbles everywhere! I called Parfair Wallpaper based on the reviews and desperation as our bathroom was still a mess. Yamil, the owner, was kind to talk to. He was very professional. I shared with him our issues and he told me step by step of what needs to be done. We were approaching Thanksgiving and he was super busy, but he was kind enough to squeeze our project in, even though we were about an hour drive from his business. He came and he made the walls smooth and then a few days later, he came back to install the wallpaper which he did an amazing job! Our wallpaper was from overseas so he was very careful and he measured everything so precisely to make sure we wouldn't run out. His quote was also very reasonable.
