She then got off of my back and pressed her elbows into my shoulders. She started to work on my arms and pulled them so hard I yanked them away from her. Of course, she spoke little English, and only told me she went to "school" at this spa. I got dressed and the receptionist asked me if I didn't like the pressure. I told her the girl had no skill nor technique, and , again asked to see her certificate, which no one seemed to be able to produce. Needless to say, I refused to pay. How can they get away with this, I have no idea. This was the second time I visited, the first time I was unhappy, but thought maybe I just got someone who was not experienced, and decided to give them another chance. What a waste of my time. Looking back, I should have insisted on taking the girl's name. I would have definitely reported them to the BBB.

Despite this, a staff member identified as "Joe" challenged my ability to enter with the animal and did not appear to understand the basic legal requirements governing service animals. The interaction was not handled professionally. The tone was dismissive, and the situation escalated unnecessarily despite the fact that the animal was calm, controlled, and not disruptive in any way. For clarity: businesses are generally not permitted to deny access to individuals with service animals, and staff are limited in what they can ask. This did not appear to be understood or followed in this instance. I am leaving this review not to be punitive, but because this is a training issue that should be addressed. Individuals relying on service animals should not have to navigate resistance or confrontation to access a basic service. I would strongly encourage management to ensure staff are properly trained on ADA requirements.

And service is very friendly. They run servers here but they aren't able to print Microsoft certs. What.... Make sure you budget in parking time. Visitor parking changed to the West side of the parking lot and you have to run up and grab a parking pass from the front desk to put on your dash.
