Fun children's programs. My little one is in Preschool Play. The staff is warm and friendly. Dear daughter loves it.

Easily the best money we've spent in regards to the birth process. Joslyn has been a huge help with the baby at night and treats him like her own. She has offered expertise and little hacks here and there that have made a huge difference for us in getting acclimated as new parents (hello pace feeding). we only wish there were more of her! We feel so blessed to have found NOVA and confidently recommend them to anyone, even though we would selfishly like it if we could keep them for ourselves. God Bless!

After having a C-section with my first birth, I knew I wanted a doula for my second pregnancy. My first birth had felt like something that just happened to me, and this time, I wanted a different experience. When I went past my due date, Lauren gave me the reassurance and confidence I desperately needed. When I felt hopeless, she gave me hope. Her recommendations and introduction to Faith were invaluable in helping me go into labor. She held space for me to make my own decisions. She had the confidence and experience I needed as I prepared for a VBAC. During labor, she helped me move through different positions to encourage my baby's descent. She provided hands-on support and, when I needed it, tough love. I couldn't have asked for a better person to be there in the moments after the most empowering experience of my life. I am beyond grateful for Lauren. Without her support, I know I would have ended up with a repeat C-section. She helped me take back my birth, and for that, I will always be thankful.

What a fabulous experience! Armed with easels, paint, and given individualized attention, our crew was treated Royally. If I had young children, I would be heading with them, to Selena's studio experience today! She brought self esteem high, boosted confidence, and was so instrumental in showing burgeoning talent off that one of our party is now hooked on a hobby she would never have tried out had it not been for that first art lesson! I highly recommend this program

Selena & another instructor Jean gave a great art lesson and guided the children to create their own tape art creations. The kids produced such amazing pieces on large canvases, perfect for Father's Day. The Center was clean, and the kids had their own easels, paints & materials. They even let me bring a princess, Rapunzel. They helped with everything, and even let us stay a little later. The parents who attended my party really liked that this was an educational party, unlike the regular chuck E cheese parties we normally attend. It was actually comparable in price as well. I would definitely consider taking my daughter to art classes here as well.

Yoga is so fun to connect with my baby and also other moms. Plus Amanda is a great instructor! Some of their other classes are on the pricey side is the only thing but it's such a great resource for moms! Also their location can be a bit tricky to find but the main door is off Keswick Rd (and is stroller friendly). Walk in past the dress shop and bare to the right. There's a big parking lot in the back.

This review is is for the doula services and support groups (becoming a mom and breastfeeding)…read more I like that the becoming a mom group has a rotation of doulas who lead the group each week. That way you end up inadvertently meeting the different doulas. We went with Cara. She has a ton of experience and super chill vibe. Our hospital was not allowing extra visitors due to COVID so we signed up for a virtual doula service. She met with us a few times before the birth to review questions, birth plan, and provide support. She was also available via email for random questions that came up in between. The day of my labor I reached out to her as needed and she guided me through some of the decisions we had to make. Her support made it so that I could better advocate for myself and my baby during my labor. She was 100% supportive of all my decisions and in the end I ended up having a beautiful and quick birth. I am so happy we got a doula and recommend it to anyone no matter what type of brith you are planning on having. I found the groups to be more helpful towards the beginning of my pregnancy, especially as it was a time that COVID was just ramping up. The only issue is that the people in group vary from week to week. I think it would be nice to be able to connect with the same group from week to week so there is some continuity.

And, it would be hard to implement one or two PEP ideas if there are bigger relationship issues at hand. You'd need the core courses at PEP to tackle those challenges, definitely not a talk here and there. My experience over the course of the last 10 years taking classes with PEP has been excellent. The philosophies and tools that I learned there have been invaluable in raising my now 19, 16 and 12 year old boys. My 16 year old actually told me this year that he was glad we were his parents. When I asked why he said he's hearing the craziness his friends are dealing with and he's so grateful he doesn't have the same issues...and I thought, thank you PEP! The organization has expanded to online programming and recently won awards for the Master Classes. I took both Master Classes and enjoyed them. That said, I love the in person interaction and comradery of the in-person classes, especially the multi-week ones where the group can practice new skills and come back together to share their mis-steps and their successes. PEP makes parenting make sense and gives highly effective tools to understand our kids behavior and to parent with love and respect. Highly recommend!

Madison has learned life skills such as teamwork, time management, and cooperation. But the biggest lesson is that great accomplishments come with practice, more practice, and persistence!! Madison had a huge smile every time she walked proudly into the studio to dance. She found a friendly welcoming place to dance and fond memories during the weekend competitions. Madison has grown to love the art of dance but I have, as her mother, developed a deeper sense of respect for dancers and the sacrifices that families make to support their children. DDC dancers and parents have amazed me every day! I applaud the instructors for their dedication, commitment, and patience that they have shown towards the children and especially towards Madison throughout the years! I know that any dancer who joins DDC's Showgroup will grow to be confident, graceful, poised, and skilled. Wishing you all the best for the future and thank you for enriching Madison's love for DANCE! Madison has been truly blessed.
