Fortunately, I found Jennifer on the Therapy for Black Girls site. After one session, I'm hooked. Her ability to read the room and let things flow without being so transactional really made such a difference. She's soft but doesn't coddle. You can tell she's well-versed in multiple methods because the way I was able to open up to her was different from other therapists I've seen in the past. I really appreciate her bedside manner and how warm she is. Looking forward to my next visit! P.s. she's only offering virtual visits at this time but may offer in-person again in the future. She's licensed in NJ and PA.
