I basically started by doing the same thing I always did....come down on people I thought were abandoning me. I am not always easy I admit but with the proper mental health service I come around SRI hopefully will read the reviews on Yelp and work on things to improve their systems and tge demeanor of some of their administrative employees. Why don't they listen, I don't know? Maybe it's a way to keep patients at bay like they do in mental wards at hospitals. Oh well what can you do? As I was once told by an employer I once worked for, He said " Bobby you're a nonconformist in a conformist society and it's not going to work" That's true I hate to say.

This is not a requirement for the medication as the receptionist initially told me and my doctors have said. She said this is a requirement of our practice. A service that both my primary care team and my health advocate said I do not need. A service that I KNOW I do not need. My primary also said that it reeks of an insurance money grab. These SRI "doctors" seem to really want to pad their pockets at their patients and their health insurance expense. How unethical. DO NOT USE SRI Psychological Services if you value your mental health and your wallet.

Reach out. That was almost 6 months ago!! Today, on 1/28/16, I received a phone call from PSCP asking me "Do you still want a therapist?" I was shocked!! SIX MONTHS! I could have made a decision to suicide in that time, It was a dark time...and I am still not out of the woods. Clearly, they do not care. When I expressed to the caller "Robin" that I felt like I was 'thrown under the bus' and asked her, if it were her feeling that kind of despair, how would she feel? Instead of showing some form of empathy for me, she became SNARKY and rude with me... and replied "Yes or No" . In conclusion, run don't walk to this organization. They should be ashamed of their "Lack of" response to someone in need. I intend to review this awful experience all over social media, including their donors.

A compassionate group of colleagues who care about their clients and a sophisticated organization at the forefront of trends and best practices methods in the practice of psychology. In full disclosure, I served as a board member for two years and found PSCP immensely helpful as an early career psychologist.
