Clearly this child goes to CGRC because they need help and for this Dr. to not refill the prescription that this child needs to be able to psychologically function during the day in school is unacceptable. The lack of communication in the office between staff members and the follow-up to parents is devastating to the child and family that needed their help. Also if you call to try to get someone live, they keep sending you to a voicemail to leave a message and no one returns your call

U know, mental health problems are real, we sit…read moreand wonder why people are upset and angry and dont seek help, its because when they seek help they are met with the foolishness and unprofessionalism that I met at this office today. This is my FIRST TIME, I called and spoke to a very helpful person named Ashley who took the time to take my name, address, my insurance info, find out if there were any special records or info that I had because I should bring that all to an appointment she set up for me at this office with a clinician named Robert Willis at 2pm on Saturday July 27th which is right now. He calls me today, Saturday, 2 hours before the appt time to confirm i'd be there. I called him right back, of course no answer but I left him a VM. I GET ALL THE WAY TO THE OFFICE AT 2pm, I see no one, I hear someone in the office speaking to someone else but that couldnt be him right? He has an appt with me at 2pm. Several minutes go by and I call their main line, the woman who answers says she has no appt set up for him at that time and I explain that it had been set up 2 days ago and all of a sudden Mr. Robert strolls out his office staying that their main office didnt get all the right information from me like they were supposed to (like my address and insurance information and my history....the same info that I gave to Ashley at their main number 610-644-6464 option 2 and then 3 for life counseling services!) and that he was currently seeing another patient...that fast, after he had just called me to tell me he was confirming my appt! Why didnt anyone tell me this when I asked when setting up my appointment "is there anything else that I need when I go"?! And if they found out there was something additional, where was my phone call stating this! Because he never stated this at all in his phone message, just that he was confirming the appointment! So he just looks at me like there is nothing he can do now but reschedule because the main office didnt do what they were supposed to do....ummm that sounds like a BIG miscommunication between ur offices! And I'm supposed to reschedule?! I asked him, do i know what depression is!? Do u know how many months it finally took for me to get the energy and the ability to make this call, out of the dozens of calls I've made to have no luck to find a therapist, then get in touch with someone to get dicked around like this! Is this type of behavior professional?! I came here because I am looking for help! His response is he called me, he left me a vm. And his vm states that he was confirming the appt not ANYTHING ABOUT ME HAVING TO RESCHEDULE because he overbooked himself! He didnt even check his vm in an appropriate time because HOURS had past and he didnt even have the courtesy to call me back in a timely fashion and tell me! Is this acceptable to you life counseling???? Is this the type of reputation that u want to put out there as having? Is this ur standard of service for people who come to you looking for help?! Do u know what depression looks like? Had you said previously that it would take sometime before I see someone or that there were additional items i'd have to fill out or processes I'd have to go thru first there would be no problems! But no! Are you proud of this?!

I've been visiting Tiffany for a year, and she has been terrific for me. My overall mood has…read moreimproved, and I believe it is largely due to Tiffany being a great listener and giver of advice. She genuinely seems to care and wants to fit you in however she can. Tiffany is also in touch with my PCP, in the event that I need to be prescribed something, she will speak to the doctor and give her professional recommendation. Overall, I have no complaints. I've even suggested a few of my friends visit her because she's just that dope. If you're in the Drexel Hill area and you're looking for a licensed counselor, Tiffany Schneider gets my full endorsement.

Some years ago I was a client at the Lihn Center. I have no complaints about their professional…read moreservices at the time. I had reason to need my records from that period and I was informed that all records were disposed of from the period I was a client, that they refused to look for my records and that all the professional staff was new since I was a client, so no staff members could have any of their notes and records available. The person who took my phone call said the person I worked with was no longer at The Lihn Center, and that they did not know how to get in touch with them, nor was any contact information available. It seemed that the main goals of the person who I spoke to were not getting up from their desk and not offering any service. A quick check of their records would not have taken as long as our exasperating 10 minute phone call. Their web site seems to claim the staff has been there for years, and when a person has spent many thousands of dollars on professional services a quick records check does not seem to be asking too much. I can not speak to the quality of the current professional staff but if the quality of the administrative staff is any indication it's surely not what it once was.

And it was because of a death in my family. I asked for a different doctor and was told it's a long wait for another Doctor either keep this one or go somewhere else . So I chose the latter. Very in compassionate. Profiting off of peoples conditions. Forgetfulness is one of my biggest symptoms that comes with my condition and still if I forget, I'm charged $100 for it. The secretary called to reschedule my appointment after only being three minutes late and the first were all her mouth was you're being charged.
