They have early morning and later evening hours. Their tucked away location and two door swipe-entry security put my momma heart at ease knowing my babies aren't easily accessible to those with malicious intentions. The staff are kind, warm and communicative. The classrooms are clean and truly child-centered. There are activities galore! I love the daily updates and pictures so I can see my kiddos and what they're experiencing throughout the day. I cannot recommend TLE more highly. I am forever grateful to Kim, Erin and the teaching staff for making my children's experience one they look forward to daily.

This daycare was a solid reliable middle of the road daycare (although not inexpensive) and we…read moresetteld here for our children due to cost and needing reliability after facing daycares with staffing issues and unexpected closures. Unfortunately, issues with bad apples in their staff, and staffing turnover have become prevalent here and exhausted by the former director leaving. I not only can not rely on this daycare but I am truly concerned about the supervision and safety my children are receiving at this location. I think they should consider closing this place down because they need additional staff but also at least 2-3 of their workers should be immediately fired for cause. It seems they only care about making $ and not about children. Unless you have unlimited flexibility at work and don't need to focus at work.. i would not recommend. I'd never go to another kindercare in general after this experience. protect your peace and your children and stay FAR AWAY!

After the pandemic hit he was at home with me for almost 9 months so I was really worried on how he would transition back into daycare life. Everyone at COA north Wales are so accommodating and kind. They really care for your child as if they were their own. And the amount of things my son learns from daycare is amazing. My husband and I get surprised almost every day by the new things he learns at daycare. The amount of activities, arts and crafts, and programs they have is just amazing. Plus the teachers sends us tons of pictures and video updates on the tadpole app everyday for us parents to see what the kiddos are up to. We love COA and all the teachers and staff members. We highly recommend COA north Wales to any parents looking for a great daycare for their children!

There was a time where I would've rated this daycare excellent. Then Kristen took over as director…read more In the less than a year under her watch, the staff turnover rate has been insanely bad and my 5 year old was kicked out due to him "requiring a one on one" (Kristen has no special education training so that is not based on any fact) while we waited for an official evaluation by both CHOP and the MCIU. Kristen would call constantly and talk over my wife and I trying to calm down our child who was bored (North Penn kindergarten registration said all these behaviors are learned school behavior and thinks he might be gifted). Ms. Anna (the only certified teacher on staff) called my son and another child "volatile" to my face and nothing was done. Within 3 weeks of moving into her room, we are forced to look for another daycare. He was moved into her room because at the age of 5, he was still spending a large part of his morning with 2-3 year olds. That's how few teachers there are. I am a teacher myself. I can't fathom how Kristen and this daycare are still open. Unless your child is PERFECT, do NOT utilize this daycare.

My child has been going to this daycare since December of 2023 when she was roughly about 9 months…read more Back then, Ms. Marisol & Ms. Lorraine were GREAT! A short time after her first birthday I realized my child had developmental regression & sought out help through early intervention services who worked with her in daycare at this facility twice a week. She lacked in communication & also had some sensory issues which early intervention helped TREMENDOUSLY! Up until maybe a few months ago she started having some behavioral issues which her OT & ST were aware of & worked with the school tirelessly to come up with ways to help them HELP HER in the classroom but were blantantly ignored. Instead they chose to record my child which by the way is now only TWO, in instances where she may have been having a meltdown , not able to make her needs known or simply was having sensory issues that others couldn't understand & didn't try to. One of the ladies who works the front desk Christina referred me to another service which is like an IEP who can be present with my child everyday at school to help with her behaviors when her OT & ST aren't there. KEEP IN MIND, these services are not typically offered to 2 yrs old bc they normally work with kids 3 & up. They also would be able to give my child an officially autism diagnosis on eval. Well, yesterday 5/22/25 was my child's ST day & I read every note she writes when her sessions are done from 10am-11am. According to her my child had a great day! Spoke with her teachers about her behaviors throughout the week & was told she has been doing better with keeping her shoes on & instances of "scratching others." However, when I picked her up @ 4:30 I was told by Christina at the front desk that my child had two altercations with another child & "scratched them on the eye lid then scratched them on the side of the eye & in a nut shell tmrw is just going to have to be her last day." No prior meeting with me or even her ST/OT to discuss her behavior to say hey if it continues in a week or so I would need to start looking for other centers to send her to. Nothing in writing for me to sign her dismissal/termination. Just flat out she has to go. I've been getting the feeling they didn't want my child there & instead of doing it PROPERLY they did it EXTREMELY DISTASTEFUL & unprofessional. They also have high turnovers with staff & even have some employees who simply should NOT be working around small children! Ms. Chrissy was my child's main teacher this year & also the only teacher who seemed to understand my child's needs & also listened & learned her better by working with her ST & OT to implement their goals for my child in the classroom. I am also an LPN & work 7a-7p 3 days a week so I have to take my child to daycare by 6:30am those mornings. Usually Ms. Taryn & one other child is there that early but on a few occasions she was not & it was just Jon who is also married to Christina there watching that child. Again, my child can only say a few words & I NEVER felt comfortable leaving a little girl around a grown man unattended! I don't care if it's only for 5-10 mins while Ms. Taryn runs late or whatever the case may be it should NOT be allowed for everyone's safety! Marianne who also works the front desk is very rude & nasty! I hate to say it but it definitely feels as though race plays a big part in this daycare as there aren't many African American kids there. My experience in the beginning was great but over the last year has been terrible. I am a working mother of 2 & now have to seek alternative childcare because they literally just threw my child out with no warning. I am in the process of seeking legal action against them! Parents please don't let the "family owned & operated" slogan fool you. PLEASE be mindful when sending your little ones to these careless, money hungry people !!
