They have a non working patient portal that you cannot access and Therapists do not follow up with home exercise instructions that you are supposed to do to help speed your recovery. I went to Excel PT (formerly Apex) in Blue Bell, PA which I had gone to years ago when I had surgery on my knee. Nothing had changed except the name. The people that work there are fantastic! From the desk to the Therapists! They treat everyone special and give much support all their patients, no matter their problems. I was assigned to Angela Tate and Rachael who were both fantastic. My shoulder is back to normal and I left with information on how to keep everything moving perfect! I need that at 68 years of age. They gave me steps to take at home so when I was not there I could continue my progress to get better faster. Both Angela and Rachael kept close eye on my progress through out all the visits and I knew exactly what I needed to do to get better fast. I did drive farther going to this site, but it was well worth the time and effort and money.

Then a new doctor suggested physical therapy and I went to Moss Rehab in Plymouth Meeting PA. The physical therapist, Meg, correctly found the issue was physical in nature and began a treatment of physical therapy with exercises specifically for my issue. As I'm just starting to walk again, I went back to my gym, to see about getting a personal trainer. They suggested Nando Addari. Nando is a physical therapist that recently opened an office within Krux (his main office is in Blue Bell). He spent time with me reviewing my injury, what I've done so far and where I need to get to walk properly again. He then spent most of my apt with me one on one, actually working my ankle and foot, which isn't something that I received previously. He explained everything he was doing, he suggested things for me to do at home and he walked me through what my issues are. I feel confident that I'll be walking again properly in no time. Very grateful to have found Nando and look forward to our upcoming sessions.
