I'm not saying that this is not a good supermarket, it had a pretty extensive array of supplies especially frozen, many different flours, dried beans and lentils, but just not what we are used to. They sent us an itinerary with costs and possible penalties if we were late. They sent a confirmation reminder 5 days before our flight that was reconfirmed by my wife and then reconfirmed by them. I felt we were in a good place. On Tuesday morning we were ready and waiting for the ride. As per their instruction, we called 5 minutes before our scheduled departure to determine the status of our driver If he/she was not there. Someone's answered and was surprised to hear the driver wasn't there. He said he would call the driver. I waited for a return call which did not come. I called back and was surprised to hear the driver was NEVER informed of the pickup. The person on the phone offered to drive us but did not have a car seat. I was so upset and felt I had my back against the wall. I had to prevail on a neighbor to drive us. We barely made it. Goodbye Midnite Riders forever. We tried to assure ourselves with attempting to confirm our reservation twice. To no avail, Midnite Riders found a way to screw it up.
