I met Robbie through a mutual friend as I was looking to do a very specific type of shoot (I'm a professional model). He met with me prior to the shoot, had a notebook and pen ready and we actually had a great conversation about what I was trying to express, how he would go about expressing that in his photographs, and even helped draw a few sketches of what the shoot would hopefully look like. We agreed on a mutual idea and set a date to shoot. This was so above and beyond for any photographer I've worked with; most just show up and do their thing without asking the model why they want to do the shoot. iMatrix Corporate Holiday Event, I was able to meet with both Robbie & Matt regarding coordination of my companies annual holiday party. I put forth the task of 2 video's, a photo booth, candid shots and a composite green screen photo all to take place in a 3hr window. Our initial meeting was only supposed to have been for an hour but once I met with them and was able seeing first hand the excitement, upbeat energy and creative input they had to offer I was truly excited my faith had been restored and I was confident that I was in great hands!! We talked for over 2 hrs and the time spent brainstorming and being able to connect with them one on one was invaluable. Through a very hectic schedule and short time frame to work with, the guys were very accommodating and flexible, they were able to meet with me at the venue location to get an idea of the layout, lighting and walk through and stayed in constant communication regarding every last detail. The night of the event the team showed up and set up all of their equipment with ease and were ready and eager to jump in. Again, the upbeat fun loving energy and interactions that transpired between the team and our employee's was priceless, they helped to pull reactions and made everyone at ease. Even after the event they have stayed in contact to be sure that everything down to the fine line details were taken care of. The Photo Booth photos's were available to share immediately, which was a huge convenience and perk our employee's loved being able to upload them and share them on the spot! We had a small intimate ceremony a few weeks ago. We didn't want to elope at city hall because we knew how important it was for both of our moms for us to have a ceremony but we also didn't want to have a huge wedding so we settled in the middle and had a little ceremony of about 14 people at chapel in quincy and we hired Pardomas to shoot our pictures. We found them on yelp, went off the reviews from here and decided to go for it after speaking with Robbie over the phone. He was easy going, super chill, laid back and accommodating. He was willing to work with our budget, a semi last minute tight schedule as well as traveling to quincy for the ceremony and to Boston for additional pictures in the freezing cold might I add. I feel like you just never know what you're going to get even when basing things off other people's reviews so it's kind of like a wing and a prayer type of deal until the day arrives and even then You're just hoping that when all is said and it done everything turns out good. At least that was my thought process even though we signed a contract. Like, is he going to show up? Are we going to get the pictures? Will the pictures be of quality? You know, 21 questions lol. Well, I've got 99 problems and our wedding pictures ain't one ha ha.. so lame, I know. We are satisfied. Are pictures came out amazing! Some of them I can do without but they are no ones fault but my own like, probably shouldn't have had that extra waffle I really wanted couple weeks before the wedding type of issues lol. Robbie was great! Communication with him overall was pretty good. He didn't always get back to me right away but it was to be expected, the guy is busy flying from coast to coast so I get it. But he eventually got back to me like a couple of days later. I lived lol. We got our pictures back in a timely manner. I'd say about 3 weeks. I think that's fair. Pardomas came out and did all of the photography and video for our company's 1st annual golf tournament this December and it was really amazing. They captured all of the participants golfing throughout the day. The shots were really great, and they were on display for all the golfers to see at the banquet dinner that evening. We received the video a few weeks later after the editing process and it was AWESOME! Matt and Robbie are amazing photographers!!, so I knew who I wanted to shoot my wedding. Knowing Matt and his work, I knew he was perfect and would get the job done. We met with Matt and Robbie to discuss wedding package options. We quickly agreed on the package they offered. We meet with them several more time within the months leading to the wedding. We planned everything out and were very happy with the direction this was headed. The day of, Matt and Robbie were split up shooting the bridesmaids getting ready at a salon and me and my groomsmen at our hotel. Robbie was amazing and very direct knowing exactly what he was looking for, to get the best shots. Robbie spent about and hour+ with us shooting around the beautiful hotel where we were having our reception. He then pulled me away and spent another 10min on just portraits of me. It was really fun. Matt had been up very early with the bridesmaids shooting all morning. Finally we all headed of to the ceremony site. More fun candid photos of everyone before the ceremony. After the "I Do's" Matt and Robbie took us to shoot with all our friends and family then took my wife and I to a nice wooded area near the church and did a 15+ min shoot. It was really nice. We all get back the hotel and get ready for the reception, and Matt and Robbie were already ahead of us taking fun photos of friends and family before the bridal party and us entered. For the next 4+ hours, Matt and Robbie were just shooting left and right with everyone, having fun making us laugh and never stopping doing what they love. Then they took our rings and did a small shoot with those which was really neat. I literally could go on forever about them. About two weeks later we got a few sneak peek photos and we were stunned how beautiful they were. We are so excited to get the rest of them very soon. I couldn't have asked for a better team of photographers. It pays to have great photographers at your wedding and they went above and beyond all of our expectations.
