I've been studying marketing and trying to figure out what I wanted on my website for over 20…read moreyears! It's quite challenging to sort through all the data that's out there--and even more challenging to write one's own ad copy. It's also not easy to find a good web person whose prices are in-line with what a self-employed therapist can afford. When I saw Tim's website, I knew I had the right guy. He did not disappoint. 1. I could tell he knew how to DO what I wanted to do: namely, communicate what I offer, so that it speaks to the needs and concerns of the SPECIFIC kinds of people I want to reach. 2. I could also tell, when I first met with him, that he appreciated both what I offer as a professional as well as my understanding of marketing and my writing skills. 3. He was able to help me get more crisp and impacting in my message--and clearer about my target market: my preferred customer(s). His feedback was always direct, respectful, and backed-up by his experience--making it easy to follow. 4. He also helped me find images and photos that would SHOW what I wanted to say--adding a ton more emotion than by just talking about it 5. He showed me exactly how I can maintain and improve my own site over time. 6. Finally, he created what I think is a thing of beauty. Don't you agree? You can see my site at: www.partners4wellbeing.com. In summary, I have to say Tim lives up to his tagline about being a web designer who is also a marketing consultant. You really do get "two for the price of one," which I think makes Tim the best deal in town. Don Ross, LMFT www.partners4wellbeing.com

I heard saying once, that building a website is like giving birth to a porcupine. After 11 years in business and at least 5 sites I totally agreed, that is until working with Eric and his team. The process had direction and focus, they stayed on top of me for the info that was needed and they took feedback like professionals. Thanks Zenergy, web sites still may be a bit porcupiny but this one was way smoother ever before.

I have used Videobrite to digitize old photographs, Kodachrome slides, and VHS tapes. It has been…read moreuseful to have this business handling these projects locally. Once I had some extra funds in my work budget toward the end of the fiscal year. I decided to use some of that to have Videobrite digitize some old photos. I had a tight deadline to make it into that year's budget. I told Videobrite staff of the deadline and asked they contact me as soon as the work was done. They finished the project and didn't bother contacting me. They only told me it was done when I reached out. So we missed the deadline and had to pay out of the next year's budget -- for a project we wouldn't have even had done if wasn't for the extra funds in the last budget. Poor communication cost us money.

I like this place more than most others I've worked with because they do the work on site themselves instead of doing design work then sending it off for production. When I first came on board with them the owner just had a baby so he was working crazy hours at home and not staying all day at the office but he still made all of our appointments a priority.

Well, he never emailed me and he never called me. So, I will not be doing business with them and I would not recommend them to others. I gave them two stars, because I don't know what their actual work is like.
