Only yesterday I went to a network's-own shop (mobile phone) and B&M (the discount store) and didn't have to get rained on as the car park is also accessed from inside the centre. The only thing about the car park is, it's on a one-way street, and I get lost in Rhyl quite easily as about half the town centre is one-way streets!

The Indoor Market (or Noor Market if you go by the sign over the entrance) is a very sad looking…read moreplace that needs a good gollop of TLC. It's located just on the outskirts of Rhyl town centre in a location that's never going to generate much passing trade. The stalls aren't the best, although I'm sure that there are some people who will find a bargain or two here. The big problem is a lack of people. I last went in here on a Saturday afternoon and there wasn't a single other customer in sight. In fact most of the stalls appeared to have been deserted so there was barely a soul in to be seen anywhere. Coupled with the run-down decor there's little encouragement to browse, in fact I felt an overwhelming need to leave before depression set in.

However B&M is still worth a browse and there are bargains to be had. The Rhyl branch has recently opened in the former Woolworths in the White Rose Centre. It's bigger than the other branches I've been to and has a very good range of stock. There's a bit of everything from food to clothing and homeware to toys. At present it's also clean and tidy (which in my experience isn't always the case with B&M) and it will be interesting to see if it stays this way. All in all an decent addition to Rhyl town centre.
