When I saw someone walk by with a bowl of jambalaya, I asked where it was from and if it was spicy. The man told me no and pointed me in the direction of the blue truck. When I got to the window, I asked if the jambalaya was spicy, the man said "no, It is full of spice but not spicy, it is family friendly." I said "I am going to trust you cause I don't do spicy. I'm like the worst Indonesian person ever." We took our boat of jambalaya back to our booth and my husband and I dug in. Three bites in, he says "I'm surprised you're eating this, it's pretty spicy." I was so excited I forgot to get corn and potatoes. We were so happy when they came back after they were severely flooded in 2016. The new space is much nicer than the old one was. Over the years they have expanded their fresh seafood while sticking with only things that are truly fresh. They also have a frozen section with a great variety.
