if i could rate it a zero i would! i spent $130 on a device back in April of 2020 and never received it or a refund! Jeremy continued to give me the run around and also every excuse in the book before he just stopped answering my emails all together. I did some research and found out he has been doing this to hundreds of people and getting away with it. While playing the victim and releasing videos promising to fulfill all orders and telling people he doesn't do refunds because he already bought supplies to create our devices, he was actually putting that money into purchasing hotels. After stealing from hundreds of people he took their money to purchase the historic Jefferson hotel. It's 2024 and still haven't gotten my order or a refund! I will not let this go!! read more

I wish I could give -50 stars Paranologies Is continuing to take sales yet Ripping off customers who order expensive gear. I ordered a parascope over a year ago now almost 2 years.I ordered before the update on the website about the issues the company had with the Covid crash.They continue to use the Covid as an excuse to steal money and not fulfill there orders. I have proof that they took my money and refuse to give me the product.When I email I am treated very rudely and they refuse to answer any questions or to respond other then telling me it is my fault they stole my money and can't fulfill there end of the business.This company should be shut down and should be sued! Approaching 2 year mark and I've seen him pleading with people online to be patient and that he's still working on fulfilling orders. He's never ever responded to anyone directly and kept his promise. He only keeps your money. If he ever keeps his word with me I will remove this review. I highly doubt that will happen though. read more

After no response to my MANY emails, I patiently waited and watched as he updated his site with excuses related to covid, then staff, then carpal tunnel, then all of a sudden he was going to issue refunds if you emailed him which I did, but again no response! I'll tell you right now don't ever buy from this company. on the website it was seen that you received your item within a month's time but that's wrong. Our older mine in December and had to contact the owner of when the item was going to be finished. He tells me he has orders 9 months back. he should tell this to people on the website I would never put my money down. so I asked for a refund he does not give refunds he takes your money and steals from you. If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered and paid for a Poltercom Pico (mini spirit communication box) on 12/12/19. It's 5/29/20 and I still haven't received the order. This tiny company had an influx of orders at the same time because Steve Huff (YouTube channel, Huff Paranormal) gave an amazing review of how good the product was and it was affordable to those who can't spend hundreds or thousands of dollars for equipment. I was really understanding of this and didn't contact him until late January for an update. The owner Jeromy Jones said it would be another few weeks unless I wanted to pay additional for a rush. I had already waited a month and a half and could wait another few weeks. I emailed again 7 weeks later (mid March) and he referred me to his website where he talks about himself in third person and how delayed he was. Then a month later I contacted him again for an ETA and basically asked him to ship it right away or refund my money. He was extremely rude and still gave no information as to when I'd receive my order and didn't acknowledge refunding me either. I emailed again late April and then again on May 24th and he literally is just not responding. This is horrible business. This guy is arrogant, rude, and I'd have to agree he is a crook. Otherwise, he would have shipped the product I paid for over 5 months ago! Or refunded me like I asked. Bad bad business. read more

DO NOT USE THIS GUY I ordered 19th May 2020 I realised it would be a while before I saw my purchase, but when I didn't receive it in August I complained, no response to my Many attempts. So I took to Facebook where my comments were deleted. Eventually I was given a tracking number and asked to wait 14 days for it to activate at the beginning of October still not active so I emailed and left Web site messages no response so again I took to Facebook and I got abusive emails from Jeremy (business owner) his view is that he said he would be a while manufacturing my purchase, he updated his blog to say he was running behind so it's all OK. He is refusing to refund me and has actually dared me to take legal action. He's completely arrogant about the situation and he's not worried about continuing to do this to other people!!!
