Sleepier ramp on the inside of the first attraction. Be careful going down the ramp, but the haunted house was good. Reminds me of when netherworld was on Jimmy Carter blvd. It has that old school feeling to it, but good. The second attraction was shorter and felt a little rushed. They had a thrift shop area where you walk through clothes. I blame Macklemore for that !

Amazing cast! So much effort put in and they go strong right until the end! Both haunts are great but different! I loved The Suffering side! VIP is recommended for peak Times due to the hours+ long lines

Ok haunted house. No social distancing. Horrible line and no place to park. Waited for over an hour to get into the main attraction. We also purchased the extra on the website and when we noticed the line got that part we just left. Wasted 10$ but oh well. Would like to mention also that most people were not wearing masks in line.

Not scary at all, except the admission cost, now that's scary! It needs to be darker and more actors with theatrical abilities.

The staff did an amazing job at keeping everybody safe. They checked temperatures and asked people to wear masks before getting in line. Groups were also asked to stay six feet away from other groups and to sanitize their hands before entering the building. No photos or touching of actors or props allowed once inside. Because they were only allowing one group at a time, we had a bit of a wait but it was worth the wait! We started at the barn which had a variety of characters and rooms. Once you exit the barn you're directed towards the second part of the attraction, Carnival of Screams. Carnival of Screams is a circus themed attraction inside a tent filled with lots of scary clowns. The whole experience lasted maybe fifteen minutes. My friend and I don't scare easily (we love scary movies), but even we were spooked a few times. The characters and props were well done. We had a frightfully good time and are looking forward to doing it again next year. The entire experience was only $20 per person. Best part, all proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society Relay for Life!

There were 3 staff members working. One employee was sweeping when we arrived and the facility seemed clean enough. The ice cream is labeled with allergy information. My youngest is peanut/tree nut so I asked for a kid scoop of vanilla. The employee stated, "We're out." Her coworker quickly jumped in and said, "We have more in the back." The employee took over 8 minutes to obtain the container. No biggie, but while standing there the other 2 employees kept cleaning and basically ignored us. The other employees could have easily made the ice cream requests of the other people in our group. But, no...we just stood there. Waiting and waiting I asked the ice cream scoop be washed or a new one be used to prevent cross contamination. Yes, it sucks having to be that mom but after a 4th ER trip yesterday I'm not playing around. Epi pens cost money and so do hospital visits! Well the young lady seemed annoyed. :( They don't make "clown clones," ya know the signature BR kid item?!?! How very they had a frozen or refrigerated one in the cooler. Man, what the what?!?! No clown cones? Also they denied my 8 year old a sample and guess what he hated his choice of ice cream. I wanted to make our little sweet treat outing right so went to get donuts to take home. At this point there are 4 people at ice cream counter and 2 patrons at donut side. All 3 employees tended to the ice cream and completely ignored the line at the Dunkin side. So we left! I highly doubt I'll return. Total bust!

I like the paved pathways through the park. Oh, parking is a bit tough as it was full lots all around with a $10 fee. We chose like many others, to park on a curb about 3 blocks away. It was a walk but a better option than waiting in a big line of traffic for a full lot with no spaces. Show up early! There are some shows included in your ticket price. A man shot out of a cannon and PIG Racing! LOL kinda funny to watch! The Fair in Cumming GA is one of the cleanest, most safe fairgrounds in GA. They have a Cotton Gin display that is pretty neat and can teach your children a thing or two, if they aren't too overdosed on sugar from cotton candy! It's an annual event, and one of the largest events held at the Cumming Fairgrounds. Admission was $10, and they do offer deals for unlimited rides and such depending on your plan for your visit. Kiddos 10 and under get in for free which is nice. I enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger and fries, and of course, had to get a frozen lemonade. The funnel cake was calling my name but I ended up deciding to skip it as line was long and I knew I didn't need the extra sugar. I am regretting not enjoying a caramel apple, however! We played a few staple carnival games, and just enjoyed walking around the grounds and taking in all there was to offer. Next year (if I'm not pregnant again), I will definitely try out a few rides!

I loved seeing the parents do mini photo shoots close by the pumpkins which it was plenty to choose from for the kids to carve. Bring your kids out to choose a pumpkin and to have a little fall fun. The service was also good lots of teenagers and high school kids working the area I'm assuming for community service hours or as volunteers which was pretty cool.

Our…read morefriend got us a $15 Groupon deal which was good for our whole team of seven -- only $2.14 per person. I've done something like this before, Wacky Walks in downtown Atlanta: https://www.yelp.com/biz/wacky-walks-atlanta. There are numerous Zombie Scavengers locations across North America including seven here in Georgia. Here's a Yelp review for a Zombie Scavengers experience in Detroit: https://www.yelp.com/biz/zombie-scavenger-hunt-detroit. There are two in the Atlanta area: this one in Sandy Springs and another downtown. This review is for the Sandy Springs location. What is Zombie Scavengers? It's a no-budget, one-hour, smartphone-app-guided scavenger hunt. You basically pay money to perform a bunch of random and silly tasks in public. To beat the game, your team has to achieve a certain number of points before time is up. In our case, we had to score at least 4,000 points within an hour to win. Each task or "challenge" was worth 100 points though there were other things like "read mes," riddles, and trivia that were worth varying points as well. The meeting place for the Sandy Springs location is Sandy Springs Plaza, the shopping center with Trader Joes. We each installed the game app, GooseChase, on our phones. This allowed each of us to complete tasks individually if we so desired (divide and conquer). Throughout the hour, we received feedback, presumably from a human sitting on a computer or other device somewhere far away. They probably chuckled to themselves as they received our silly pictures and videos. Being silly and having fun is part of the game. I can see this as being fun for families with kids, but we were a bunch of 30-something and 40-something adults acting like zombies outside in a busy shopping center. A few examples of tasks we had to complete were having someone pretend to be a zombie in a cage (we used a Trader Joes shopping cart), someone pretend to be a zombie eating someone else's head, and someone pretend to be a zombie dog. In order to score points, we had to take pictures or videos of us completing each task and submit them using the app. Each task would then be officially scored as completed (or not) by a remote employee. We could have completed all tasks on foot, but Roswell Road is congested and dangerous. We opted to split up and hop in a couple cars to complete the scavenger hunt tasks. These included things like taking pictures of Sandy Springs city hall, a moving truck (there's a U-Haul facility nearby), a Mexican restaurant, a convenience store, and an apartment building. Each task or hunt was written with a zombie apocalypse theme in mind, to try and stick with the "Zombie Scavengers" theme. We won and our team leader got a "You Will Live!" picture sent to her. This kind of business is interesting because everything is done digitally and remotely using the GooseChase app. There is no physical storefront nor are there any specific physical game materials. The game simply utilizes what already exists in each location. Hence my "no-budget" descriptor above. Well, it does cost money to scout out locations, think up tasks and write them into an appropriate theme, develop the app, and pay live humans to guide and answer questions from a remote location. FYI, Zombie Scavengers HQ is in Summerville, South Carolina. I do think this can be fun for people who are into this kind of stuff, just not me. The app seemed to work fine and the messages we received, whether canned or not, were upbeat and positive. I can tell they do genuinely want you to have a good time. I just think my leisure time is better spent doing something else. For a group/team-based activity, I recommend tackling an escape room instead (even though it's more expensive).
