After waiting for half an hour and finally calling to see where the car was they told us the car had been cancelled (it hadn't). They then told us the car had gone to pickup and that no-one was there, but on investigation it turned out they had gone to the wrong address. I'm the end, after standing outside in the cold all this time, they said they had no cars available, and we were left stranded. An absolute symphony of incompetence and bad customer service.
